Good choice of products. Found certain make of bar stool on their site to match some existing ones. Ordered in sale and they were dispatched within a few days. Delivered well packaged.

Downtown staff could not have been more helpful ... They promptly chased the coding of a chair purchased years ago and traced the correct elevator, and then sent on the info to order it. The order arrived within three days of the original call. Very impressed. It arrived in perfect condition, and all the packaging was recyclable. Can't speak highly enough of their help.

From my visit to the store in May, to the delivery to my home today, everyone who I have come into contact with, the sales team,, the accountancy team and the delivery team have been polite, proficient and professional .

The rug we ordered was out of stock but I was advised that it would be back in stock soon. It came earlier than expected & we are very pleased with our purchase
