Downtown staff could not have been more helpful ... They promptly chased the coding of a chair purchased years ago and traced the correct elevator, and then sent on the info to order it. The order arrived within three days of the original call. Very impressed. It arrived in perfect condition, and all the packaging was recyclable. Can't speak highly enough of their help.

From my visit to the store in May, to the delivery to my home today, everyone who I have come into contact with, the sales team,, the accountancy team and the delivery team have been polite, proficient and professional .
Thank you for a super service which I find is rare to encounter these days.

Purchase a wardrobe from Downtown, took a good 6 weeks to arrive. When we started to assemble it, it was a nightmare, instructions may of been in double Dutch!! And the price we paid for it £565 + £45 delivery charge, was a rip off!! As it’s only made of chipboard, still trying to figure out how it all goes together. I use to think better of downtown thinking there quality items are good but after this experience I will never purchase any furniture of any kind from this store again. Shame I can’t put a photo on here! The wardrobe name is ( KORBACH SLIDING DOORS). Please think twice before spending this amount of money on this wardrobe.

We were obsessed by a rug we saw in John Lewis and I came across downtown store selling the same rug at much better price and we didn’t need to pay extras for shipping - the transaction was very smooth and customer service were very helpful. Definitely I’ll be recurring customers.

As always, great service from Downtown. The Rauch sliding drobes I bought were of an amazing quality. It was the expensive range and it shows.
The soft close chest of drawers though that fits inside was very cheap and nasty item. Finishing was poor from Rauch to say the least, unlike the wardrobes. I re enforced the Chest before putting it inside the wardrobe. Shouldn't have to but hey ho.

Great company. Not going to lie,I'd never heard of them before. Was needing to get Sylavanian families small raspberry cottage to add to the other cottage, and this was the only place that sold it! There were other sites that had it that seemed a bit dodgy incl the sylvanian website. Happy with product, brill delivery time. Definitely recommend

High quality furniture and excellent service from all at Downtown. I am very pleased with the items of furniture which I purchased and was given warm and helpful advice from staff in store. Delivery was easy to arrange and items were assembled with care and efficiency. I won't hesitate to visit again and highly recommend Downtown.
