Extremely unfriendly staff, so busy gossiping they can't even greet you when you walk in. Have been putting off going in as always find them so unfriendly but today thought maybe I had the wrong judgement! Won't be spending money there which is a shame as they have an amazing shop
Agree with all the other 5 star comments. They are a very good company. I use them a lot. And how do 6 reviews of 5 stars and one review of I star average out at 3.2??? This is very confusing
My nan purchased some fabric which was advertised at wrong price . They offered 15 per cent refund and would not sell the fabric at the price qouted. She will not be using them again . And all her quilting friend will be following . Taking this up with Trading Standards .
Absolutely brilliant. They have gone above and beyond to check for scraps and fat quarters when I've run out of fabric for for a project, and have fab customer service. I always get my quilting fabric from here.
They always do great sales so I’ve had quite a few fabric bargains from them, but the postage is also super quick, I place my order and it’s usually dispatched the same day and arrives the next day! Crazy fast. Really recommend them for all sewers and quilters 😊
I chose my fabric, paid for it on the 17th May, It was sent out the next day, 18th May and it was delivered today the 19th May. Excellent service and now my go to first for fabric. Trust Doughty Brother's Limited, they are amazing. I trust them completely.
This firm and their staff are fantastic. I placed an online order and then the next day phoned to add to the order. The staff member I spoke with was excellent both helpful and friendly. My order arrived the next day. 24 hours from updating. I highly recommend this company
