TikTok Live Giveaway

So, this order was a TikTok Live giveaway back in January. I never received it and contacted both Dossier and TikTok. There was a lot of back and forth about who's responsibility it was to replace the item. Dossier ultimately stepped up and I got my prize.

Great customer service

Great customer service! I placed an order and failed to update shipping information. I contacted them within minutes of placing the order and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue, even on a weekend!

Friendly and responsive

I had a faulty spray nozzle and sent an email to their Customer Service Team someone responded the same day and offered two different resolutions to fix the issue with my spray nozzle and it was very appreciated. I am overjoyed with the resolution and will be continuing to support this company as I love their product and now their customer service too!

Absolutely fantastic Customer Service and Products

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a product arrive with a broken sprayer. Within an hour I had already spoken to someone, started the process of a new shipment, and got tracking numbers by the next day.

As far as their products go, love them. Great diversity of scents and reasonable prices. Tell anyone I know about them who is interested in scents.

10/10 would recommend

Fast Customer Service

Very helpful. This was my first time purchasing anything from the company and the scent I purchased didn’t smell like I thought it would. I lost my return label and their customer support team sent me it within 5 minutes! I’m excited for my next purchase.

Faulty Nozzle - Replaced.

I had a faulty nozzle on my cologne bottle. Replaced with evidence, no questions asked. Without a doubt this was the best customer service experience I have ever had.

The customer service is great!

The customer service is great!
Dossier truly want their customers to be pleased and well cared for. It was easy for me to contact them and communicate an address mixup and they got everything back on track for me.

I do love their clean perfumes and even got a free sample pack to find one that I loved! (Though it was hard to choose!)
I plan to stick with this company!

Quick Response to an Issue about a Charge

I’ve been a Dossier customer for over five years, and this was the first time I ever had an issue with my order. I reached out through WhatsApp to double‑check my charge and make sure my member discount was applied. They got back to me fast. They were able to find my order in a minute and fixed everything without any back‑and‑forth. It was quick, easy, and honestly exactly how customer service should feel.

Five stars for resolving it right away. And yes — I’d absolutely use their support again. When a company handles things this smoothly, it keeps you loyal.

Best customer service ever!

I’ve purchased upwards of 30 fragrances from dossier and have never been let down. I’ve received one fragrance that leaked and they immediately replaced it. It made an error in an order and they gave me a solution that was easier for me instead of them. They’ve truly shown up for me as a consumer every time I’ve needed them.

I first ordered Dossier products in …

I first ordered Dossier products in November and I loved the quality therefore I decided to keep my subscription and buy from them as my priority perfume retail.
On my recent order I forgot to use my coupon code and when I contacted them, they took care of the issue and refunded the discount amount to my account.
They are so friendly, responsive and their product has great qualoty. I recommend this company to any perfume lover and anyone who wants to smell good and expensive on a budget.
