Discovered Dossier when I was looking for a dupe for a very expensive TF scent I love. Found an exact match in the Floral Jasmine. It smells incredible and has lasting power! On a customer service note - I had a FANTASTIC experience. I also purchased 2 additional scents. One I loved and the other smelled off to me. I had some difficulty initiating a return so I sent a quick mesg through the customer service portal. Got an IMMEDIATE response and then a resolution with 24 hours. They have a customer for life. Excellent product with customer service to match! Couldn't ask for better!

I'd give this zero stars if I could. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. No integrity at all. I purchased perfume for my wife for valentine's day, which I paid for. Then they charged me an additional $39.90 to my credit card for absolutely nothing at all. I want a refund. Please never trust this company their dishonesty and underhanded business practice is breathtakingly bad.

The products were received in good condition, however, I'm not happy with the quality of the ones I received today. I bought their perfume a couple of times from a different platform and did not have issues with it. Today, the bottles I received smells really off, like a very old bottle of perfume that smells metallic. Would not be purchasing again because eventhough it's cheaper than the actual ones, your perfume were not cheap.So disappointed.

It was a mistake on their end and it was few back and forth in emails but they understood and fixed it the situation and I’m happy about it. #happycustomer

Love their products, better than some of my more expensive scents. Just placed an order and input my address wrong. I emailed the Dossier team and they updated to my correct address less than 5 minutes later. Amazing product and amazing customer service!

The selection of fragrances covers a broad spectrum so there's something for everyone. It doesn't last as long as I'd like but, at the price point, it's hard to beat and easy to reapply. Some of their dupes are pretty spot on (powdery tobacco and powdery saffron, I'm looking at you). I think what I love most (and what is so rare these days) is their customer service. They take it back to the 1900s when customer service actually meant something, unlike now where you can send an email but it almost never gets answered. This team is super responsive. Keep up the great work and experience!

Extremely extremely hard to return ... Even if it is a day old purchase ( which was in my case).I received the item promptly however after smelling it, I completely hated it and immediately asked for a return via email. I have written 3 emails so far and the still have not responded ( other than this apology on trust piolet) Needless to say I will never order from them again and will be telling my friends about this company.
