Great customer service

Great customer service! I had an issue with delivery. An email was sent to Dossier and I got a response right away. Dossier was able to accommodate and replace what was lost that same day.
Very happy with their service!

Wearing my Dossier fragrance make…

Wearing my Dossier fragrance make lasting statements and impressions of me and everyone I gave it to as gifts( they all gave good reviews of the brand).
My orders came on time and when I had issue with one of the products, help came unexpectedly fast and it was resolved promptly.

Product arrived on time as promised. Was pleasantly surprised at how similar the product was to the original; in fact it wasn’t similar, it was identical.
Kudos, hope you keep up the good work.
(Maybe I could interest you in producing some classics before they were reformulated.)

Misleading website information

I placed an order 7 days before Valentine’s Day and relied on the FAQ section, which stated 1–2 business days processing and 2–3 business days delivery. It is now the end of the third working day, and I emailed twice to check progress, both times being given a much longer timeline of 2–3 days for dispatch and 4–7 days in transit. At this point, I cannot imagine it arriving in time.

This discrepancy between the website and the emails is very misleading for customers relying on the advertised delivery timeframe.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do now, as the MGK collaboration was something my husband was really looking forward to and I had planned as a surprise. I am disappointed and will not purchase from this company again.

WARNING very much under the radar sign you up for a membership. They cancel, but dishonestly take your money anyway, just reword how they are scamming you. Will never purchase from them again

Its not worth to expect your order

I have waited for months. They did not even ship out the order. I have reached out to them and tried to be understanding and waited. After two months they cancelled my first order and shipped a replacement, but i had to choose other things, because they did not have some things from my original one. And even with the replacement they did not ship out and i still waited. They decided just to refund after i waited a month for a replacement. Comments are true, where they say you wont receive it just will wait for the unknown. I guess its luck who they will ship it to. The worst part is that it was supposed to be presents. I had to think for those few occasions what to do. Im very disappointed that they do not ship it. Im trying to understand what makes them not ship some of the orders and ship others. To be honest, i am very sad, i was hoping to try them, but it was so annoying to wait for 4 months, when the shipping place is actually in the same continent. 5 days is more than enough to get everything….. i dont know, if the hype is worth the struggle like others said, when you cant even get the parcel.i had my fair share of struggles with online shopping and its the first time i actually need to tell others to not order, which is sad to make this kind of review….

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never received my items. Asked for a manager on multiple occasions since I felt like I was speaking with either a bot or someone who clearly just copy pastes the same thing without reading anything.

This nightmare has been ongoing for 2!!!!!! Months. Insane!
