Delivery arrived 3 weeks later than they promised ruining my husbands birthday. They never responded to my customer service emails and deleted all my comments on their social media. You wonder why they have zero comment on their IG posts? It’s because they are all bad and they delete them.

Worst experience

Worst experience. Package for the galaxy rose is in a FedEx plastic bag that gets damaged in transit. They will not stand behind their product image. The Route charge is a waste of money. Buyer beware.

Complete Let down!

Spent $100+ on a gift that I thought would be what I purchased on the website but I was wrong. The order was completely wrong, the flower was withered and damaged and the chocolate assortments looked like someone really didn’t care to handle them while putting them in their case. This website is nothing but a scam, and false advertisement. These flowers and everything are damaged when you receive them.

BEWARE! Frauds and Scams!!!

BEWARE! FRAUD AND A SCAM!
I ordered the Enchanted Galaxy Rose and was super excited as all the reviews were great (their website does not show any review under 4 stars so that should have warned me). It arrived and all the lights inside the glass were all tangled up on the bottom and just looked terrible. Being that the glass is glued down to the surface, I could not fix it myself so I emailed them asking for a refund or replacement, they didn’t respond to 2 different emails. They finally responded once I wrote a bad review to them. To which they turned it around on me by saying “We try to be as transparent about products as possible but I understand you might not read through everything before ordering.” Wow! Just, Wow! They tried to turn it around on my by saying I didn’t read something to which I am someone who reads everything before purchase and there was nothing about what happens if my product was faulty.... This company is a joke, do not order from them, bring your money elsewhere!!!

This was the worst experience ever, when it’s supposed to be the best!

I am going to be completely honest. This definitely would’ve gotten a 5⭐️ had I not had to go through what I did. I received the 50 roses sooner than expected which is wonderful, but unfortunately, the way they packaged the flowers, they were flatten/smushed in at the top, so that lost a star. I contacted them, had to explain it wasn’t through shipping that they were damaged but because of their packaging, anyway they ASSURED ME that it wasn’t going to happen the second time as they’re preparing to ship out my replacement. Received the shipping confirmation on Monday so I told them because these were my birthday gift it would need to get to me by Thursday(my birthday) because we are going on a trip and won’t be home but anyways they didn’t come until after so I had to go and retrieve them from the FedEx location. I was extremely excited to retrieve them because the first one did not come as they’re supposed to. As soon as I opened the second shipment, you guessed it, my disappointment, I was so distraught 😫 and disappointed because these were even more smushed from the sides and the top. I contacted them and of course they said it was the shipping that did the damage but I told them both times the boxes were in perfect condition. They offered to refund me $65 (it’s a joke to me because we paid almost $500 for these) plus people don’t pay this kind of money so they can get their money back, they want their flowers to come as they’re supposed to!!!....so that’s what I told them and even told them my experience and that I do not want to go through this again because they offered to resend another replacement. I’ve concluded that you should only buy these in person because they are oblivious to how they’re packaging these flowers, and lastly, I’m sorry to say this but based on my personal experience, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM DOSE OF ROSES EVER AGAIN!! Not only did they disappointed me tremendously, they did not deliver their promises and I have to say, this is one of the worst experiences of my entire life, mind you, this is supposed to be one of the best experiences.

Dose of Roses = Dose of scammers

I ordered two roses from this corrupt company and removed the route protection because there was no need for it. While I’m waiting on order to actually post,I am bombarded with multiple text messages on cell. I mean multiple,to purchase this and that. I started looking at the site again and realized I didn’t really want anything else. I waited 8 days for an order to arrive for $13 shipping, however, when they finally decided to ship, it was then I realized that the company had charged me a route protection fee although I removed it. They only mailed it because I asked why expensive shipping charge for slow mail. Their site states clearly that they use UPS and FedEx for shipping, but they mailed USPS and package was smashed. I looked at their policy and it states that they don’t refund for return shipping and I’m assuming even if you reject package, which I was not afforded the option to do because it was shipped regular mail
( supposedly priority 8 days ),then you are given a refund for shipping or the full price of product.I contacted the company by email and the callous hearted empty soul kept telling me I didn’t remove the fee, when I unchecked the box on top of price for roses, just before submitting order. It was my assumption it was removed by them if I unchecked it because I never checked it in the first place, but the company added this "price gouging fee" to order. It appears to be part of computed charge but because i was curious about it, I looked into it and make sure I did not accept it. I guess, they took advantage of the fact, that USPS mail gets lost or misplaced and that justifies them adding it after they intentionally decided to access and use a carrier that was not disclosed or mentioned in their policy, to charge excessive shipping and other rates, but provide economy mail services while capitalizing off the excess. Sounds just like a Hollywood doing Hollyweird business.Surprisingly, I thought it was just showbiz, social media and inflated tabloids, but this company made me a believer by practical experience. I will be reporting bad reviews for this company and regret ever doing business with such scum.especially when there are professional and better companies than this. I’m disgusted and disturbed that beautiful plastic iridescent products are coming from such an ugly business . It’s the principle, not principal, that’s disappointing...I chose the word hate carefully because it’s pretty harsh and strong, but I’ve had my share of scums, scammers, counterfeits and corrupt sellers during and after this pandemic. I hate doing business with any online stores or engage in transactions on e-commerce because of these type of sellers. I’d rather give my money to a business owner with integrity and hospitality for free than to make a purchase from a prideful inconsiderate sou who is too foolish to realize they only stand because people like me decided to give them a chance..Wasted money, but I’ll just post bad reviews everywhere. They don’t care about a customers honest concern, then I could care less about tarnishing their name for valid reasons.

Rose Bear

My boyfriend surprised me with the most beautiful rose bear for my birthday and I couldn’t be more happy. The quality is wonderful and the roses are all beautifully arranged. We will definitely be ordering more from this business on other occasions!

DON'T BE FOOLED! DROP SHIPPERS!

I almost bought these roses because the images make them look gorgeous but after research:

1. I realize the images always show the rose from a distance so you can't see the imperfections and of course for photography, the company will always pick the best looking ones!

2. I know someone who bought one for herself and she felt ripped off because quality was extremely poor for the price. The rose appears hefty and looked like it was made of iridescent glass, plexiglass or some other hard material in the images. In real life, it's a thin piece of plastic curved to shape, the leaf is a thin spray painted piece, and the overall weight of the flower was like a pinwheel spinner. Craftsmanship wasn't there.

3. LONG SHIPPING! Why? Because it's a drop shipped product likely from an East Asian country such as China. It's not based in the USA or the North American continent. The hefty prices you're paying is for a product you can find on Alibaba for around $1.39. I know this because I checked!

4. The reviews here are fake 5-stars and back to back with no real profile for any of the users. Trustpilot should immediately take them down.

5. I'm guessing due to the likelihood of lots of customer complaints, or for some other reason, the company changes their website to dose-roses.com so any bad reviews online are less likely to be found by potential customers.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Look elsewhere. The high end looking imagery and photoshoots are likely mocked up, edited or made to fool you to think this is a luxury-like product!

Probably all fake reviews here

Probably all fake reviews here. Notice most are 4 or 5 stars and then the legit ones are just 1 star. No public working phone number, no names in corresponding email, unprofessional, and the products are cheaply made. They also mislead you on their ship time and then go to tell you to read their disclaimer of fine print. Of course. The base of the rose is full of glue. Scratches ALL over glass. This is beyond embarrassing. And then they want to charge installments as if it's some expensive product.
