NEVER AGAIN

I bought something for my wife for valentines day with over a week in advance to get it shipped out to arrive on time. I even got spammed emails from this company saying to get in orders before valentines day before its too late! What do you know? It never arrived on time and is expected to be delivered by the end of the week. Never again will I buy anything from this place, spammed me with emails and did not commit to their end of getting customers what they promised. What a shame!

THIS PLACE IS AN AMAZING SCAM AND A RIP…

THIS PLACE IS AN AMAZING SCAM AND A RIP OFF!!!I ordered 2 enchanted roses on January 28th with rush processing and order protection. I got one rose on February 9th and the other on the 13!!! I spent $142.78 on two pieces of garbage (The product quality was below par) and they both came at different times with what was less than rush delivery. ~ I found the same of better products on Amazon for 1/2 the price!!! The customer service was just some moron "I understand your unhappiness" - Do they teach this to all can artists? It just infuriated me!!! THEY DID NOTHING. Not very business. I hope they go out of business. It's sad that, in today's word. some people can't do proper business.

Worst experience.

I paid for rush processing and expedited 1-2 day shipping on Thursday the 3rd of February at 8:18am CT. On the 5th of February they finally purchased shipping labels but still needed to wait for it to be shipped from California. Next day I received an email to review the product 1/5 for something I don't have. After 8 days I noticed they went cheap on shipping after I paid over 619$. I now notice bad experiences being deleted on their comment section. I would now reccomend 20-50$ on flowers.

They wrote the deliver address wrong

They wrote the deliver address wrong. And takes forever to respond to my inquiry (as I'm writing this review, still no response), no phone number can be reached to, only an email and a fake chat box on the website. Will not order from them again.

SCAM DON'T BUY

It should be a 0 star if I could. Accidently bought 2 during the sale and have been contacting their email, phone number and social media to return one. No reply for none of them. Just keep getting left on read on Facebook. Galaxy rose was average. Nothing spectacular like the picture. Seems like made out of plastic

Scam Alert!

After reading a lot of bad reviews I was hesitant to order from this vendor, just google "dose of roses scam" and you'll see what I mean...during checkout I opted for the "Order Protection" and paid extra. I never received my product, their support told me to file a claim with "Order Protection" after entering my info it said no order was found, i told support this and they said they would file it on my behalf and it would take 24hrs, they kept stringing me along for 5 days, saying they needed more time. Now they won't respond to my emails and clearly have zero intensions to making this right.

I am utterly disappointed

I am utterly disappointed! I was so excited to get this Mother’s Day gift for my mom. I received it today and not satisfied at all! Nothing like advertised! Totally cheap not worth anything! I cannot get in contact with customer service via phone because of course it is only Monday - Friday! I will be calling again and telling them they are a fake and cheap and liars. I did not even get my full order. I got the cheap galaxy rose but did not receive the love stand which is probably plastic also. Do not spend any of your earnings at this so called company!!!

These are such a letdown

A coworker of mine suggested I get some of these for my wife because he had ordered them for his girlfriend. Thinking I was getting good advice I ordered a dozen of the '24 karat' galaxy roses hoping to impress my wife. I didn't even check them when they arrived. My mistake. On Valentines day I went to set up the arrangement and found 12 individual boxes and not an arrangement like I thought. I opened the 12 boxes and was so let down. The roses look like something you'd get from the dollar store. I paid over 100 dollars for these. Although they look like crystal or glass they are some cheap material and are not gold. I was so disappointed I had to buy her another gift. Lesson learned.

The quality and color of the roses are terrible I recommend royal roses they color is more vibrant and look better overall.
I reached out to them an they responded just to ignore me afterwards this would be a waste of your $ unless your getting a bear. Don’t believe the IG hype the roses are poor quality and so is there customer service.

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT!!

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT!!! Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered and paid almost $400 for 3 arrangements to be delivered for Valentine's Day; I paid $8.95 for rush processing and $46 for Valentine's Day delivery. Two of the arrangements I ordered were not shipped until February 15th and 16th, arriving on the 17th and 19th. I have made several attempts to contact the phone number listed on their website during business hours and have yet to speak with anyone. There is no voicemail, and no one ever answers the phone. One of the arrangements, a Suede White Square Small Tie Dye, was shipped ON Friday, February 12th via FedEx Ground. The delays on this package were not due to severe weather, as their website claims. Even under perfect circumstances, a package shipped to FedEx Ground would never arrive within one day. This did not ship in time to ensure Valentines' Day delivery as the website promised. When the package finally arrived on February 19th, two of the roses were not intact and smashed along the side of the box. I have pictures that I sent to the company to review. Their website states that "in the unfortunate event the roses arrive damaged, they will send a replacement arrangement as long as it is within 30 days. " The two white bears were not shipped until after the 14th! One shipped on 2/15/2021, and the other on 2/16/2021. I sent a previous message on 2/13/2021 stating that I no longer wanted the rest of the items and to cancel the rest of the order because the guaranteed delivery day had already passed. The company responded one time to an email asking if I'd like the information for returning the white bears. To which I responded yes, and I never heard from them again. The company ignores any contact and refuses to do anything that they promised to the customer. This company is a scam!! Order #353811

You must have patience with this company!!

Absolutely terrible experience with this business. I ordered and paid for 3 enchanted roses the week before valentines and my order summary stated 3-4 days for delivery. I recieved one rose in the 19th. I called and told them they did not send me the full order. Here we are 2/27 and I have yet to recieve the 2 missing roses. Over priced and they don't deliver!!

Do not buy! Shady company

My husband placed an order and paid around $80 extra for V-day delivery and expedited processing. It’s February 20th and we still haven’t gotten that stupid rose bear. Once we realized that this won’t be delivered for V-day we have been trying to cancel the order but good luck getting anyone to response to you. Beware, once you give them your money there is no getting it back. I would have not let my husband order from here if I knew that he was planing. The minute I went on their website I could tell that this is one of those shady business. They put Beverly Hills under their name which I found very funny, you ain’t fooling me but unfortunately my husband bought it and I’m sure there are many others who fell for it too. We are now having to call our bank and got through a dispute process to get our money back because we are not able to reach anyone at this company and we have not received what we paid for. Don’t waste your time, use your local florists!
UPDATE: The bear arrived today. Feb 23rd instead of 14th. It's made out of foam flowers that are glued to a foam base. These low quality foam bears are available all over the internet for half the price that this people are charging. This is a ripoff, don't buy into it.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I placed an order for Valentines Day delivery and paid extra to receive it on Valetines Day. I tried contacting the company from Wednesday to make sure I receive my item on Sunday for Valentines Day. I could not get a hold of anyone, I emailed and nothing also. I tried to DM them on Instagram where they post every 2 hours and update their stories constantly and they did not open it. I tried commenting on their Instagram posts and nothing. On Valentines Day, I finally got fed up after my girlfriend was so sad that I didn't get her anything that I had to go to Edible Arrangements to make up for it. Being fed up, I found the owners Instagram @powerful and sent him a direct message. No response. I then commented on this Instagram posts telling him how much of a fraud and robber he is, then he finally messaged me back. After going back and forth he laughed at me and said he gets over 10,000 orders a day and he doesn't care. I cold not believe this scammer/fraudster would ruin peoples Valentines Days and laugh about it. I am not the only victim, there are many. Stay far away from this SCAM.

Believe the 1 star reviews

I ordered the red bear not believing the “few” 1 start reviews. This is a complete scam roses are fake they are a foam material. There was superglue everywhere that I had to pick off. It smells like plastic not the beautiful treated roses they say. This is 100% a scam and a joke. Also believe it when people say it’s impossible to get in contact with them because it is. Also I left a 1 star review on there website and it was taken down. Seriously DO NOT BUY!!!!

***BUYER BEWARE***

***BUYER BEWARE***
I made an order on the website, paid for it and was sent a confirmation e-mail that my order was being processed. 10 hours later I received another e-mail telling me my order was on hold because I needed to verify my address. It also said I had 48 hours to complete the verification or my order would be canceled. They asked for 3 things. A photo, copy of my ID with the correct billing address on it and a picture of the last 4 digits of the card I used for payment. I e-mailed them several times to express my concern to only be told to complete the verification or they would suspect "fraudulent" activity. I asked for a phone number to speak with someone and when I called the number no one answered and I got a voicemail. I googled the company and got a toll free number. When I called a young lady answered and said that the billing administrators do random quality checks and it's out of their control. I told her I wanted to cancel my order because I've never heard of something some weird in my life, I haven't seen any other reviews similar to my experience. I will be contacting my bank to have them investigate.
