Our store is based in Bournemouth, Dorset, however we deliver worldwide so everyone can enjoy our amazing deals! Disappointing product but great customer service
Updated: I ordered an item from them which was unsuitable and very disappointing. However, after reaching out to them they offered to fully refund my purchase and pass on the concerns to the manufacturer.

We would like to improve this situation for you as we do not like our customers to be unhappy with the service. I cannot find any correspondence regarding your order so I presume you requested your refund over the phone? If you know who you spoke to, please can you confirm this.
For this product (Clinell Disinfection Wipes - 2% Chlorhexidine in 70% Alcohol
), Amazon sell the exact same product for £13.95, we sell ours for £6.35 which is more than double in price. If your issue is a manufacturing problem, Amazon would experience the same problem as they are all sourced from the same manufacturer. Can you please confirm what was wrong with the product?
We will always offer a full refund on the product purchased, provided it is in a new and resalable condition.
Regarding the returns cost, it is within our terms and conditions that returns are at the customers cost, which is a common practice for smaller businesses. However, if the product was faulty, we would cover the costs of the return, or send out a replacement. Please kindly contact us to let us know what the issue was and we can look to resolve this for you.

Communication not good
Communication not good. Just generic emails telling you order received. Next one sent. No mention as to when item will be delivered. Had to return item at a cost of £16 even though the item (a pressure cushion) cost in excess of £150.
I will not be purchasing again, too much uncertainty as to what is happening.

We appreciate all feedback we get. Looking at your order, we sent you an email at each stage when it was placed, processed and dispatched. Your details were also entered into the tracking system through Parcelforce to email and text you a delivery slot when it was booked.
Your item was was sent out and delivered within 48 hours of you placing the order. (order was placed after next day cut off). It is also in our terms and conditions that if an order is returned it is at the expense of the customer.
We're sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied, we always strive to do everything we can do keep communication open and informative.

Very quick and efficient service as always. These goods are excellent value for money and they make a big difference to health when people bring nasty viruses into the house. I used Clinell wipes when a relative's whole family was down with Norovirus and I didn't catch it, despite cleaning up after everyone for four whole days. I wiped every door handle, light switch, the toilets etc all the time and it worked.
