Highly recommend!

After placing my order, i noticed that the price had changed before receiving the item, so i inquired about it. They agreed to refund the price difference. It's a really great place. Highly recommended!

My order was lost by Postnord

My order was lost by Postnord. My first contact via chat was useless as the person taking my complaint did not take it seriously. After 2 weeks from initial sending I complained via email and things started going to the right direction. But still Postnord managed to delay the new delivery. Dormy could be the place I order my gear from but not until other options for the courier are available.

A broken glove

Hey!

I already ordered products from you for the second time. This time the order was over €400. One of the gloves I ordered was broken. I didn't like the way you handled the claim. First I put a picture of the glove where there was a hole. After this I had to break the glove more and send another picture. Now you send one glove and I have to pick it up from the post office machine. This creates a lot of extra work for me because of one glove worth €25. My job to get a new glove costs more money (fuels + time) than the product itself costs. I recommend thinking about better ways to treat advertising. I am a customer service professional myself. Your way of working feels like belittling the customer.

Next time:

1. Accept the first picture already.
2. Send the complaint directly to my HOME as soon as possible.

Thank you for your feedback. It's unfortunate to hear that your glove broke so quickly, that's certainly not how it should be, and that's why we quickly replaced it with a new one. When it comes to handling the warranty claim, our suppliers have certain rules that we must adhere to. This includes always requesting a picture of the damaged product initially, and then another picture when the product is in an unusable condition, to ensure that the claimed product cannot be reused. It may seem unnecessary for a small glove, but we follow the same procedure for other garments and bags, for example.

Regarding the shipping to your home, we always send everything through traceable packages to pick-up points, so that we can have control over the package and know its whereabouts. Based on our experience, home delivery hasn't always worked well when shipping outside of Sweden. Therefore, for us, the safest way to ensure that you receive your new product is through pick-up points.

But once again, thank you for your feedback. We take it into account and strive to improve. The next step could be to develop a different way of handling warranty claims for gloves or smaller items.

We hope the new glove lasts a long time for you and helps you make many great golf shots this summer.

Awful service from Dormy

Awful service from Dormy. My 5 month old iron broke after only using it 10-20 rounds. Sent it to the workshop who promised to have it back before a tournament. Suddenly they had delays and couldn't make it. Won't compensate or ship out a new one in time to make it before the tournament. Last time shopping at Dormy.

I cannot make a purchase on dormy.de

I cannot make a purchase on dormy.de, having tried several different creditcards, which both has worked fine on dormy before as well as works fine on any other site. The dialogue with customer service was only a "we cannot support you", where I at least would have appreciated some insights if something has changed, if other experience similar issues...
