Returns to this company are difficult. I was not given required paperwork after asking for it. I then received a garbled message from.fed ex. Company apologised but should have offered more.

Excellent Customer Service
I had my eye on these irons for some time and Dormy were by far the best price. Received an email re 15% sale but was unable to place an order. Contacted them and Marcus went to a lot of trouble to correct the problem, eventually sending a link to my basket and I was able to complete the purchase. Second time I have used this company and hope to do so again in the future. Great service.

Ping Driver
Found this company when I was in Spain but then saw that they are now in the UK. Needed a new driver and they were doing a good price and also a discount for signing up to their loyalty club. Item shipped by FedEx and delivered on the specified date. It does take a little bit longer (one week) as the item is shipped from the EU but if you don’t need things next day then they are a really good option. Customer service replies on email are also quick. Would definitely use them again.

Tricky Problem solved with customer service determinationation
Despite a tricky problem related to the shipping of my purchase, it was possible to resolve the problem via chat, phone and email to the customer service personnel. They were determined to solve the issue and indeed they did!! Happy Ending with a satisfied customer. By the way the clubs are perfect!
