It felt like a complete waste of my time.
I'm really disappointed with how Dore & Rose handled my exchange request. I was upfront from my very first email that the original packaging was missing. Instead of telling me straight away that this would be a problem, they dragged me through a long, frustrating back-and-forth, then used that same missing packaging as the reason to refuse the return. (3 weeks later)
It felt like a complete waste of my time.
If you think you might ever need to return or exchange something, I'd think twice before buying from them. I won't be ordering from Dore & Rose again.

We had become quite frustrated while attempting to return a couple of items I had purchased for my wife as gifts.
It seemed each time we satisfied one request there was another. We had all but given up on the process until Carmi responded to an email and simplified the entire return. We will remain customers as a result of the personalized assistance we received.

They work against the law
They work against the law. I bought the masks for my friend’s bachelor party, they arrived with destroyed packaging.
When I asked for a return, they told me I couldn't do it.
However, after I reminded them about UK consumer rights, they sent me a link to pay for the return. After that they did not send me anything, ignoring my letter probably until my order expires.
Shame.

smooth but stays in place
I like the pillowcase because it feels smooth but still stays where it’s supposed to. I’ve had silky bedding before that practically slid off the mattress by morning. This has been much easier to live with.

On one hand...
On one hand, things were great. I had a problem with my order and I had three attentive people helping me almost immediately. I ordered five sets of the same pajama in different colors. But I had accidentally ordered two XS when I needed them all to be XL. Within a day it was confirmed my order was corrected and I was super impressed. The problem is I still received the two XS items, and of the 5 items that came in an XL, two sets were light blue and two sets were pink (in addition to the other colors I ordered in XL). So goodness knows in the end what I actually paid for or whatever. I gave the XS sets away to a tiny friend and kept the additional sets of the same colors. I DO love these pajamas, so I don't mind having extras. I'm only giving 3 stars for the super duper confusion in the end. Quality is excellent.

I’ve used other sleep masks that were so thick I could feel them every time I moved. This one feels much lighter and sits more naturally around my face. It blocks enough light for me to sleep later on weekends without feeling bulky.

The return process is archaic, and requires prior approval from the company in order to send your product back. At times it almost felt as if they were not going to allow me to return a completely unused product that I purchased through them. Ease of returns are reflection of a company‘s credibility.
