Have some Patience
Took a few weeks to arrive. Had to email twice to get an idea of update delivery timing. However, once arrived was as described and in one piece. Installed easily.

Great customer service
The item I ordered was damaged by the delivery company. I took pictures of the damage and contacted Doorlite. They apologized and without any more action on my part, they sent me a new unit. Absolutely the best customer service ever!

Was a little hesitant to order at first…
Was a little hesitant to order at first as Doorlite had no google reviews or much online presence, but took a chance anyway. 4 stars, because they didn't respond to emails or phone calls. Was expecting to get an email or call to pick up my door lites, but instead was pleasantly surprised to find that they delivered it for free to our home! They sent the exact product we ordered online. The product itself is very good quality and shipped well, so nothing was damaged.

Hi Christian, We thank you for your purchase. We take great pride in our sustainable package. The foam chips are made from a corn based water soluble material. That means it is fully bio degradable and will actually wash away when in contact with water, without leaving any contaminants in the water. Give it a try put a few peanuts in a glass of water and it will disappear in just a few minutes!

I knew ahead of time that it would take 3 weeks to make and then ship. Knowing this upfront was appreciated. Well packaged and shipped promply.
