The product was just left at my door. I would have liked to have opened it to see it was in good condition

The part I ordered was perfect and arrived in good condition, but a bit dirty.

The issue I have is with their communication. For over a week my order status didn’t change. I emailed and got no response. I called and left a voicemail and got no response.

I don’t see the point of having an email address and phone number for customers to contact you with, but with no intention of replying to either.

Would not recommend based on this.

It’s a good product and it arrived on time.The instructions were a little vague especially for the rough opening size but once I figured it out and widened it a little bit everything finished nicely.

Pickup at the Mississauga facility was organized smooth and effortless. Phones are not attended. Email is the way to communicate. Questions were answered in the course of a few days. Ordering is on-line only. Time between order and pickup was about two weeks. Not bad at all. Milton is the default pickup location. If you want pickup in Mississauga you have to mention that in the order form. There is no place to do that, so I put that information in where my address should have been. The door lite was extremely well packaged and very well protected against damage and scratching during transit. Installed in a jiffy. No issues. Even had spare screws and plugs. Koodos,

Have a very hard to find replacement insert for an old door. Happily found this company who were able to provide a top quality product. Very easy to deal with also

I ordered this replacement window on line, very easy, measurements are exact. It came quickly and I was so impressed with the packaging and how it was protected. Originally came in damaged.
Notified them of the problem, they immediately sent me a new replacement. It came in today and it was in perfect condition.
