My Experience with Doola
I signed up for the plan to start my company on August 23, 2025. After completing all the forms and signing the required documents, Doola began the process, and I could already see all the necessary paperwork ready in my dashboard.
By August 25, 2025, I had received the confirmation email for my company formation, and the EIN application process had begun.
Today, October 15, 2025, I have everything I need and have successfully opened my business bank accounts with Mercury and Stripe.
The customer support team guided me through the entire process. The IRS had made a typo in my company’s name on the EIN fax, but thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Doola’s team, the issue was resolved quickly.
I want to especially highlight Minakshi and Giovanna for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. What I thought would be a stressful problem turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to their support.
