Summary: If you are signing up with them, it's your job to tell them when to do their tasks and how to do them correctly. Not only this, you will have to constantly remind them to get your work done because everything at the backend is chaotic. If you leave it to them, you'll end up with missed deadlines, serious compliance mistakes, and a total disaster.
The operations at Doola are seriously messed up, and I regret renewing my subscription with them after they assured me they would pay attention, but now they are not.
Sure, their marketing is great, but behind the scenes, there are significant cost savings by putting all the work on a few team members.
The result? serious mistakes, email responses after weeks, and missed deadlines.
Specifically, we encountered the following issues:
1. Mishandling of Sensitive Documents: As our formation process was finished, we received our documents in the portal, and to our surprise, the certificate of filing was in someone else's name instead of our name. I immediately contacted our account manager, Betty, who assured me she would look into this issue as a priority. Three business days went by, and we were literally ignored before I started emailing everyone and managed to get their attention.
2. Wrong Tax Advice: On multiple occasions, we were given wrong tax advice, asking us to file for the year when we were not supposed to.
3. Very bad customer support / Ops. support: We wanted to file taxes on time and emailed them for 2 months straight, only to receive a response one week before the deadline stating they were filing for an extension, with no draft or submission in sight.
So overall, if you are signing up with them, it's your job to tell them when to do their tasks and how to do them correctly. Not only this, you will have to constantly remind them to get your work done because everything at the backend is chaotic.
James has gone above and beyond and has supported me through all the early stages. I feel like I am in good hands, which takes away a lot of the worry that goes with setting up a business in a different country. 5 star!!!

I purchased Doola’s highest tier plan because I believed it would cover everything needed to keep my company compliant. Unfortunately, that was not the reality.
I started the service on January 1, 2025 and canceled on December 31, 2025. Since it was my company’s first year, I expected Doola to handle the required United States company filings, or at least clearly include them in what I paid for. The filings were not completed, and when I asked Doola to take care of them because I had paid for a full coverage type of plan, I was told I would need to renew my subscription again or pay an additional fee of around 350 United States dollars to get the filings done.
On top of that, I paid 67 United States dollars for the Wyoming filing or renewal. I was told they would contact me when it was ready to proceed, but when I followed up later, I was informed I needed to pay extra again.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing because the service felt far from covered despite paying for the highest tier. My advice is to be careful, confirm in writing exactly which filings are included, and do not assume the highest tier includes all mandatory compliance work without extra fees.

I was charged $197 on January 16, 2026 for registered agent services, only to later discover that my company had been administratively dissolved more than four months earlier.
At no point during those four months did Doola notify me via email or direct communication that my company was dissolved. Despite this, billing continued for services tied to a non-existent entity.
After discovering this, I immediately contacted Doola and formally requested a refund and termination of services. I have received no response.
Charging customers for services on a dissolved company without notification and then going silent when contacted is deeply concerning and unprofessional.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Doola to monitor their company status independently and not rely solely on their communication.
UPDATE 27th of January : the continued lack of response is making this unnecessarily difficult. I have made every effort to communicate directly and privately, yet I only seem to receive engagement when the issue becomes public.
