I have placed an order on 28 august
I have placed an order on 28 august, i still didnt receive the order on 16 september.
They told me I will receive it on 3-7 days.
Another problem is the customer care who gave me standard messages for every thing i have asked.
I asked them for the invoice and they didnt give it to me.
I dont know how is the quality but i think the most important thing is to be honest with the customer.
Update*
I went to the postal office and they told me that the parcel went back.
They said that after they will receive the parcel they will send it back.
After that they said that they will send it with DHL to receive it more faster, and asked me kindly to change the review. I don't know if that's why they did it.
I dont believe that a brand like them should send their parcels through local postal office.

At first your address was incomplete so we couldn't send you your package, therefore it took longer than expected. In addition, we did send the invoice. I realy like this shop and their products.
The quality is very good, shipping is very fast and the reactivity of the team is very quickly.
One of my t-shirts had some holes after the first wash in the machine. I contacted DWC and they send me a new shirt. I really appreciate it.
Until now i ordred +- 12 products and their was never a problem.

Very nice pants very good quality but…
Very nice pants very good quality but it doesnt fit to me so I musst send my order back and I was over the return time. So I wrote them a Email an they allowed me to send my order back. Then Klarna say to me that my return doesnt work and that I must contact the shipper (DWC). I contact them and they helped me out. All in all they are very friendly and helpfull, very nice people. Thank you again!

We understand that it is annoying when a return is not accepted but our return process is always very precise and goes through a number of steps before it is accepted.
First, the shirt is hung out and checked for stains, odor and other irregularities. Next, it is steamed and refolded for sale.
If an item differs from its original condition, we simply cannot accept it. In this case, the shirt absolutely does not meet the requirements. We have included the photographic proof and this is forcing us to offer you a free return of the shipment to your address or mark the t-shirt as unsalable.
We would like to stay in touch with you to solve this in a good way.

Worth the wait?
The t-shirt is overpriced but it's a great shirt (esp the fit) however shipping took ages. If you're outside of Europe, be prepared to wait for a looong time.

We're sorry you experienced this. We checked your order and you selected the free shipping method which could take 10-15 working days to arrive to your country in eastern Asia. We checked the tracking number and it arrived on the 15th business day after the first scan in Germany, so it was within the given time when you ordered.
If you want it more fast, we recommend to use the DHL Express shipping option next time, so you can receive it within a few business days. You can select it at the shipment page when you're checking out. It's free above 190$. Hope it helps!

„Easy retoure“ is a lie: arrive in plastic bag without retoure. U have to print retoureform, organize package for sending, cause plastic is not allowed, pay for the retoure
