Colored T-Shirt has a very weird material
I'm a returning customer and generally find the T-shirt's especially to be above and beyond the competition in terms of comfort.
But the aqua blue T-shirt (as well as a previous brown one from another order) is nearly impossible to iron due to a weird surface material. They looked very rough after a wash as well. Plus, the order smelled really poor of chemicals. I hadn't experienced this before with this company, maybe a new formula or process during manufacturing? Or maybe the special coating or whatever it is on the colored T-Shirt?
I'll also add here while I'm here, that one of the grey shirts, also from a previous order, had almost unrecognizable red pattern on the back. It didn't resemble the one on the homepage at all.
Again, these are just 3 from a total of 10+ shirts and other items I have ordered so far and gotta say, the rest are magnificent. The comfort alone is worth every penny. I'll continue to order from here but for now, gonna specifically stay away from the "colored" T-shirts.

I think you ordered the vintage sprayed t-shirts, which is a process to give it a kind of vintage suede feeling. Because of the treatment it feels a bit more rough and vintage. If you iron the t-shirt inside out, the ironing problem will be solved.

In our return policy states that the returns are for the customer, and we can explain why. What do you exactly mean with pay twice?
We offer free worldwide shipping. So we pay these costs for all of our customers to thank them for their loyalty. If we also pay for all returns, we can't exist. Only very big companies can offer this since they have a lot more possibilities.
