I arrived and Elle was standing there ready for us with a great big smile and a Dash wipe. It made our day. This was in Spanish Fork Utah.

Been going there for months and Half the time my vehicles come out half dirty. This week my $325 Custom Tire cover that I got for Xmas and was Secured to my vehicle was Ripped off, Sucked into the machine on the floor and was Destroyed in the Drying phase and Manager asked me to make a Claim which I did. GM, Who knows me Never even reached out to me about the Incident and then Denied it without even Speaking to me. This Place is Run by a Worthless human.

Deceptive practices and cancellation terms. I was told there was a discount for applying for membership and when I went to cancel it, it charged me $5. Apparently if you cancel within 45 days, it will charge you. No matter how much they ask you to buy a membership, don't do it.
Response to reply: Never was I told about the fee by the staff at the car wash and thought I could just do it for an month to wash all my cars. I was wrong. The fee is unclear up until you cancel the subscription and in the terms, the fee is only mentioned in a single sentence located in the middle of a bunch of other text.

My 17 year old daughter had a monthly subscription and cancelled it (as I sat beside her) in June. In January her bank account was coming up short and she checked her account only to find Quick Quack was still charging her monthly. I called them and they confimed she hadn't used her subscription since May but said there was no confimation of her cancelling her policy. They offered to give her back her last charge but said, "We don't give refunds for lack of use and we have no record of her cancellation." I told them it wasn't a lack of use, we live less than a mile from the car wash, it was cancelled which is why she stopped using it. The guy said he was "the supervisor on the floor and got to make the final decision." I asked 10 times for a manager, his boss, anyone else who could help me and he contined to say he was the supervisor and his decision was final and refused to me talk to anyone else or give me an email (other than the home page) or phone number for anyone above him repeating continuously, talking over the top of me, that he was the supervisor and makes the final decision. This was the WORST customer service I have had along with the theft of my daughter's hard earned money. There was no common sense applied and it seems that the montly plan is a scam to steal. Quick Quack has lost customers for life and we have had 4 cars on monthly plans here. They would have made more money doing the right thing but they weren't interested. I know there are a lot of bad reviews out there but trust me when I tell you they won't cancel your subscription over the phone and will steal from you without conscience. Go somewhere else. I will not support dishonest companies.

There's nothing wrong with the car wash itself, it's their tactics. They lie about a free wash. They trick you to get you in a line where you can't get out without going through the wash, and in order to go through the wash you must pay, and in order to pay they are going to force you to sign up for their membership. Then the employees reveal that it does in fact cost 10 dollars minimum for a one time wash. I was lied to by an employee and thought I was signing up for a one time car wash for 9.99. Instead, he used my credit card to sign me up for a year long, automatic renewal membership at 22 dollars per month. He did not at any point tell to me that he was signing me up for a membership, probably because he knew I wouldn't actually buy one and so he decided he could do whatever he wanted with my card anyway. Will not be going back, and will be reporting for credit card fraud if any additional transactions go through.

After I cancelled they continued to charge me. When I contacted them they said they claimed they couldn't finish cancelling due to needing more validation from me, said they sent me an email which I never responded to and can only refund for one of the several months of charges (As I had cancelled several months ago) as a "courtesy". But even after this they continued to charge me again and I still have not gotten a refund yet.

If 0 stars would be my rating if possible.
The sales rep described an easy unsubscibe process and now I have paid $78 for a single car wash. I guess I will be going to the car was daily for the remaining days of my unwanted membership.

I am so disappointed to say that I will never go to or use quick quack again. My in person experience was absolutely phenomenal throughout my time having a membership with them. However, their telephone customer service is an absolute joke. I went a month ago to get a car wash and the cute girl working the line told me about the deal they had going on for the most expensive membership plan. I believe it was half off. Normally $38.99 and was $18. I said I would get it but that I needed to know when I needed to cancel it and how. She told me that I could cancel it in person or online and that I just needed to do it by 11/05. Yesterday 11/03 I was charged $38.99 (two days early). I went ahead and emailed their customer service expressing that I would like to cancel and would like a refund since they charged me early. They proceeded with canceling my membership but did not address the refund. So today 11/04 I called the customer service line and spoke with Braden who told me that the girl who sold me the membership gave me the wrong info and that he would not be able to give me a refund. I wasted little time talking to him and asked to speak to a supervisor. Thats when I spoke to Breanna. She told me that she could not refund me either because the “system” wouldn’t allow her to. She also told me if Braden hadn’t already canceled my membership she would give me a free month (he isn’t the one who canceled my membership). She told me that in the fine print it states to cancel 5-10 business days before the renewal. Thats a joke considering in person when you ask they say nothing of the sort. Its sad because I truly have loved going there and have had such a great in person experience. But sadly Breanna and Braden ruined my experience and have made it so I will never go back. Not just that I will tell all of my family and friends not to go back either. How sad they cant refund $38.99 to have a returning customer, instead they lose a customer and probably many more than just myself. If you sign up for a membership here make sure that you don’t intend to cancel or that you cancel way far in advance because otherwise they will screw you over.

BEWARE….Horrible Customer Service- Will not pay for Vehicle Damage!!!! I Filed a claim for damage to my truck at Quick Quack car wash, the washes spinner brush tore off the front grill of my truck and was on camera. Cost was $2,300 in damage and they only agreed to pay me $600. I was ok with that, so went down to the store where they had me sign the location address to have the check sent. Check was supposed to arrive a month ago and three months since the incident report was initially filed quick quack is not paying and not answering phone calls. Quick Quack customer Service won’t provide the regional managers number to you and their system for paying a claim is corrupt by not holding the store manager accountable to contact you back. Without providing a regional managers contact there is not a way to ensure the store manager is being contacted, or being held accountable to follow through with having a claim paid to customers for vehicle damage. Just horrible customer service…as bad as it gets.
Went through the wash heard a loud noise my wife said I think something just fell off.. it ripped my front fender molding off so I asked if they would look for the part and see if it fell off they said it didn’t I said well can you show me it was on before I went through the wash cause I wanted to see if they actually looked or not. I didn’t actually expect them to cover anything after talking to their customer service I realized they will never take any accountability when their machines are just improperly calibrated and testing stuff up.. should have listened to my grandpa and my wife scratches all over his jeep and it ripped my wife’s rear fender off on. (Meanwhile I’ve already accepted and fixed it myself) Well Over a month later and probably after the manager went through the stacks of complaint damage papers on their desk I get this email. If they cant at least apologize then why spend your money on a business that will take no accountability and could care less at least pretend.

Incident at Quick Quack
Good afternoon,
My name is Tina and I have been assigned as your point of contact for the incident that happened on 09/20/24, incident number 108463. First of all, we would like to thank you for your patience while we researched your reported incident. We have had our investigation team thoroughly review the video footage of your vehicle going to the wash. We can confirm that there was no malfunction of any equipment that caused the reported damage to your vehicle. In addition to there being no malfunction, Quick Quack maintains a policy that we do not cover damage to vehicles over 5 years old because of inherent wear and tear. With that, we will not be able to cover the damage to your vehicle.

Super bad customer service, they will not help even if them fault.
They will do anything to stop your previous membership to later tells we can’t do anything and they can make a new membership with highest cost only.
The cost you will pay for them have a lot other places give you better service.

Damage done on 7/25/24 at the Blue Oaks location. Manager acknowledged the damage and provided an incident report. After 15 calls to the 888 number the promised payment for repairs still hasn't been received. They always say they will escalate and that doesn't seem to be true. Customer service is lacking any sort of accountability and morality. Horrible experience to date.

Location was Colorado springs Colorado quick quack on South academy. If I could give it zero Stars I would!!! Customer service is horrendous. They never have cleaning cloths available. When I asked for some I was told they do not put them out. Not for sure if this is a new thing but I thought that was part of the contract

Besides being overpriced there is also absolutely zero assistance if you run into a problem as I did. In my situation I was charged for an additional month even though I had requested my cancellation prior to the next month's due date and I was assured by an employee who took down my information that my ongoing monthly payment would stop prior to that date. After discovering this charge for over $30 on my credit card I tried contacting their customer service online and all I ever received was highly impersonal AI generated responses that didn't even address my issue.
It's all a load of crap. I would bet that even to this day an actual human has still not read my complaint to them. So basically I paid $30 and some change for a month of washes I never received. So they can keep their $30 but I will make sure and continue to post as many negative reviews about this unethical and crooked business as I can in addition to warning others to stay away from them. Since then, I have found a car wash that not only costs substantially less but actually does a better job and they don't try to trap you with auto pay whether you want it or not like Quick Qrap does.
This is a classic case of a another greedy company being pennywise and pound foolish. Also considering I work for a large auto parts distributor where we have numerous drivers, I will do my absolute best to ensure that they never use Quick Qrap. I will also ensure that the company does not ever open an account with Quick Qrap.

Their wash damaged the front of my car causing $680 in damage. The company will not speak with customers. They refer you to customer service which refers you to the location. The stores do not have phones and neither does the corporate office. What does that say. Buyer beware.

Went into the new Quick Quack Car Wash on 15424 Smile View, 80921. It is just off of Struthers, just south of Baptist Road on the east side. Saturday they had many people on the streets waving signs, "Free Car Wash". I went in the see. They up-sold me on an unlimited car was per month, for my primary vehicle for $9.99, and for my second car for $4.99. They didn't say there were any more terms. I confirmed that both vehicles would have unlimited washes for $14.98 total. Then I went through the car wash. When I got through it, I saw an email from them. The $9.99 price was now $37.99 per car per month. I immediately went back through the line and told them this was deceptive, and I want a refund. They said I'd have to call a customer service number on Monday, that they could not do refunds (not true-they just wouldn't). So I called Monday - NO REFUNDS... Well I canceled and it cost me $9.99 plus $4.99 to learn a lesson. They are very deceptive - don't go - THEY ARE NOT GIVING YOU THE CORRECT INFO. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not cleaned properly - many missed spots.

Bad Company. Got a car wash and when the water dried, I noticed the car was still filthy. Took it back an hour later and asked for a rewash. They refused and wouldn't even look at the dirt. They suggested I buy another more expensive wash. Manager was a smooth-talking snake.

I would give this establishment a zero if possible. An object hit my daughter’s windshield as she was going through the wash after being instructed to follow immediately behind the vehicle in front of her. She watched her windshield start cracking after she heard the pop and immediately went to speak to a manager, who was not available. We filed an incident report and Quick Quack has refused to accept any responsibility basically calling us liars. We asked to see video footage, which would demonstrate that her windshield was perfect upon entering the car wash and cracked upon exiting, but they have failed to do so. Instead we were told we should take it up with the car driver in front of her in the car wash - who had absolutely no control over how quickly the next person was told to enter behind them - which indicates negligence on the part of the car wash, not the drivers. Check out the Better Business Bureau reviews for Quick Quack.
