12 years old can do better for $4

How can you charge twenty three dollars For what a twelve year old did forty years ago for couple bucks This wash was ten dollars three years ago And now they want 23. And all that does the scratch your paint Call me companies just getting worse.Pure garbage do what you self Save $23, it's a scam.

Our basic single wash was previously $9.99 and is now $12.99. The unlimited monthly membership for that same level of was has increased from $19.99 to $22.99. With our membership you have unlimited access to the wash each month for one low price that pays for itself in just 2 visits. These adjustments help us maintain high standards in both equipment and customer experience.

No partial refunds--what a rip-off

After we moved, I cancelled my unlimited car wash and Quick Quack refused to give me a pro-rated refund for the 3 weeks remaining. What a rip-off!

This company continued to pull money…

This company continued to pull money from my account after i cancelled my membership. I was unable to use the wash service, am unable to get a refund. Its a scam. I cant even get a response.

If I could give it a Zero stars I…

If I could give it a Zero stars I would. I have had nothing but problems with the Quick Quack located in Puyallyup Washington. Lots of problems transferring membership from Glint and now that we got that resolved attempted to get my car washed on a Friday evening an 6pm and no one to check in with, waited 5 minutes while a couple employees just looked in my direction and eventually I just left. Wearing dress pants, white shirt and tie don't make your customer service experience professional if there is NO customer service. Do Better!!!!

Warning About Quick Quack Car Wash – Membership Regret, Poor Service, and Vehicle Surface Damage

I’m writing this to warn others about my extremely disappointing experience with Quick Quack Car Wash.

Like many others, I was approached multiple times and encouraged to try their membership. Their staff constantly pushed for people to “sign up and give it a shot.” I finally gave in—and it turned out to be the biggest disappointment ever.

After my first wash, my vehicle was left with sticky black residue all over the sides—something that should never happen after a car wash. I had to pay $45 out of pocket for a full professional detail to clean it. Unfortunately, it happened again, and now I’m facing another $45 for cleaning. That’s $90 in damage caused by their service.

I contacted customer service three times:
• First call: I spoke with a representative who acknowledged the issue but didn’t offer a solution.
• Second call: I was told I’d only get a $10 refund. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told they were “too busy,” and then I was rudely hung up on.
• Third call: The representative told me my refund was already “declined” (despite never being given a real option), and refused to let me speak to a manager, saying I’d have to handle it directly with the location.

The customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I’m requesting a full refund of my membership and warning others to avoid this place. What’s advertised as a helpful, affordable service ended up costing me time, money, and frustration—not to mention visible damage to my vehicle’s exterior.

I strongly advise others to stay away from Quick Quack Car Wash until they take accountability for the damage their service caused and fix their customer support practices.

We apologize that your contact with customer care did not result in a solution. Customer care does not handle or have access to claims and we apologize for any frustration this caused you.
 
We are committed to always doing everything possible to ensure the safety of every vehicle that travels through our wash. We wash hundreds of vehicles each day without incident, but in the rare case of damage, we always thoroughly investigate each claim and work with our customer for a resolution.

Automatic membership renewal

In November 2024 I went to the CalExpo wash to purchase a car wash but decided to purchase the monthly option, instead. I ask the employee if providing my debit card for payment automatically renewed membership each month. The answer was not clear to me but sounded like it would not automatically renew. However, it did. Because December was a dry month, I used the renewal. In January I went to their website to cancel my membership and received a message offering a free month and accepted. I was not aware of the "fine print" agreeing to continuing membership. This cost me two months of charges for no washes. The Quick Quack customer service response was like "tough luck" we don't refund past non use memberships. Their business practices are predatory and unethical.

We strive to be transparent at every step, and we make every effort to ensure customers are fully informed before making a decision. While our policy does not allow refunds for unused months, we genuinely regret that this resulted in a negative experience for you.

Car wash shut off while brushes were on the car

Car wash shut off while brushes were against the car. When the brushes started it nicked the paint at the top of the drivers door. Brushes should have retracted before starting again. Will never use this car wash again!

There are times when our team will have to stop the wash due to another customer having issues loading onto the conveyor. Our team will stop the wash and assist the customer. As soon as they are safely loaded they will restart the wash. The wash is designed to do this without affecting wash quality or causing any damage. Our wraps are made of a combination of soft cloth and neoprene foam (scuba suit material) in order to be safer on your car’s finish. They are also under continuous water spray and is lubricated and saturated with cleaning foam making it highly unlikely that the wrap would cause any damage when in contact with your vehicle. The very rare instance where a wrap damages a vehicle is if something is stuck in the wraps. Stopping the wash would not cause the type of damage referred to in this review. However, we are committed to always doing everything possible to ensure the safety of every vehicle that travels through our wash. We wash hundreds of vehicles each day without incident, but in the rare case of damage, we always thoroughly investigate each claim and work with our customer for a resolution. At the Harlingen texas car wash vacuums…

At the Harlingen texas car wash vacuums don’t have good suction or don’t work. have to go somewhere else to vacuum and i pay a lot for membership for vacuum not to work

Garbage

Garbage. Wash is mediocre, especially for the price. The staff is usually friendly tho.

WORST THING ABOUT THEM: Good luck cancelling. I’ve been charged for two months after requesting a cancellation at which they approved in JAN. The first charge was a month later in FEB, when I reached out to them and they said that the cancellation was ‘out’ of their billing cycle that I was being charged. But I had cancelled before that billing cycle would’ve started, they doubled down on that they wouldn’t give me my money back and told me they would now charge me for each wash I had used between the Dec billing cycle that I had indeed already paid for. I should’ve fought harder for them to return the money, but it was 20 bucks, FINE.

I reached out to my bank to make sure they did not and wouldn’t have any pending charges continuing, my bank said I was good for that month.

Low and behold yet another month later I am being charged for yet another month, I canceled in JAN and now being charged yet again in MARCH. This place is a scam, their customer service is a sham and built on the crux of being crooks.

DON’T EVER SUBSCRIBE TO THIS BUSINESS.

I come out west in the winter time from…

I come out west in the winter time from Indiana. I’ve always used Quick Quack. Never a problem. I just wish the entry to the wash was a little wider. Service is always good. Truck comes out nice and shinny.

Did not cancel membership when asked too.
Refuse to reverse charge. After I emailed them day before membership renewal. Snarky unreasonable unhelpful customer service people. hard to reach, didn't answer phones.
Unreliable unprofessional.

Don't believe the person at the gate…

Don't believe the person at the gate that tries to sell you a monthly membership. First, they can't explain it correctly to advise you the real monthly cost; then they say they can add or subtract a second auto for the same price which is not true and according to their phone representative, the on site workers have no authority to assist you with a membership problem. Read the membership fine print that you have to go on line to get as its not provided at the site when/if you sign up. Called to cancel and then got charged for one more month.

Our team members at check-in will inform you if we have a promotion available, please note that all promotions are introductory promotions and for the first month only. Pricing will return to normal the 2nd month. Our memberships are a subscription that will auto-renew every 30 days until cancelled. When every customer creates a new account we immediately send out a membership email that includes renewal date, renewal price, and a link to all of our terms. We try to do everything possible to be clear with our customers. You can cancel your account on your MyQQ app or by calling customer care at 888-772-2792. I am so incredibly graceful for the over and beyond service that I received today! My daughter and I became locked out of our vehicle while vacuuming; Jace let us warm up inside while we were waiting for a locksmith- but then utilized a kit to unlock my car so we didn’t need to pay the extravagant fee…

Their car washes are always frozen and…

Their car washes are always frozen and don’t work during the winter months. They do nothing to fix the problem. Instead they close the car wash and put out a sign that says “we’re away with our flock”. What a joke!

Winter months are tough because with freezing temperatures we must take great care to ensure the safety of every customer that comes through our wash and this includes inspecting our wraps frequently to ensure that they have not frozen. Our teams do their best to stay on top of this and when the wraps do show signs of freeze we will need to temporarily close the doors to heat the wraps so that we can reopen and begin washing. This process takes about 20 minutes and then we can reopen and begin washing cars again. We never wish to turn any customer away, but our customers trust us with one of their biggest investments so we must do everything possible to ensure they can safely wash at our locations. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused you and hope to better serve you in the future.
