Poor experience for the price
I have been with Done for about a year and have had nothing but headaches with them. The first provider I had would take weeks to respond to my messages about me having issues finding a pharmacy and getting a refill when they found one. I was assigned a new doctor after that. Last month I was notified my pharmacy of close to a year was no longer accepting Done prescriptions (I never received any word from them prior) and when I notified done my doctor responded that they no longer accept their prescriptions. She sent my prescription to two places that either were out of my medication or were charging me over twice the price of what I was previously paying. I’ve had to contact all of these pharmacies myself and basically do their job for them. CVS and Walgreens no longer accept them so it seems like they don’t really care about their patients. I would not recommend them.

I have been waiting almost 10 days to get a refill for my daily medication. they have done this two months in a row now, and this is unacceptable. Tried escalating with support but they don't really seem to care and just send AI generated messages as responses and no plan of action or time frames are given. My provider and done has abandoned me and my care in a very sudden way and it is starting to affect my daily personal and work life. This patient neglect and abandonment is disgusting and should be stopped.
Edit: the link from your reply has no available appointments and I cannot schedule a call... This is actually comical.

Done Is A Scam
When I asked for a refill or an appointment, I got the run around. I was scheduled for an appointment only to have it cancelled. This happened multiple times. Any request that I made for services was obstructed. When I complained and threatened a class action law suit, I got immediate action. I got a refund immediately and a letter that couldn't have been nicer. I told these folks that I curse them. It is unconscionable that they screw with people's mental health the way they do. If anyone wants to prosecute, I will help.

Poor Customer Service
The provider was great. Unfortunately, I never received my prescription at the pharmacy but Done sure took payment quite quickly! Had to leave the state. When I returned, made a sooner provider appointment, connecting problems. I messaged provider right away notifying her of such. Done sent message that I missed my appointment and to schedule again the next day! Provider messaged me back late that day!
Just requested to cancel subscription and get full refund because I never got any prescriptions! Was told not policy and given $19. RIDICULOUS
-9/27: I have scheduled a call with DONE. We'll see how it goes.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. It's a bit hard to get on call. You have to mainly send messages through email or app: but you can schedule calls. The customer service is very caring and understanding . The doctors idk I have to switch to a new one with them bc my dr just went on vacation without informing me and made me miss my renewal. So Stella really screwed me over . But the care team is very nice and got back to me that day with some help. Thank you for the customer service care team.

My experience as a customer here is exceeds expectations!
My experience as a customer here is better than my local clinic (not related to this company). I did not have to wait for weeks for an appointment. The specialist that I met was professional, showed empathy, and understanding.
At my local clinic (not related to this company), I experience not so good things and they did not value me as a patient or customer, and I had to pay a lot of money for a visit just to get rejected.
So this is the place to help you!

Scam - stay away!
Used Done for a little over a year, and due to major issues actually getting a prescription filled as well as the ridiculous subscription fees, I switched providers. When I canceled my subscription I was told I owe for multiple months of medication, some from the year prior, even though my card had been on file and actively being charged for subscription fees. Done states they charge at the next billing cycle, which mysteriously appeared when I cancelled, for random months prior. It’s a scam! Read the reviews, and check out the current lawsuit.

Charged me 3x after I cancelled. Refused to refund. Avoid at all costs.
The company was maybe okay a couple of years ago but I can't say the same now. Customer for over the 2 years. This isn't a good service for people anyone diagnosed with ADHD because the providers have 0 continuity of care. My file was lost each time I switched providers, I received short non responses when I asked about other treatment options, and they do literally 0 follow up. It's all on you to schedule and order your meds.
Oh you need a refill but have to schedule an appointment first? Sorry first available appointment is in 3 weeks. Sucks to be you.
I considered stopping my ADHD treatment several times because of the frustration brought on by Done's terrible customer service.
Also, most pharmacies don't accept prescriptions from their providers because it's tele health, so you have to have Done mail you the medication. (Edit 9/27: I also found out their old pharmacy mail system doesn't accept their prescriptions anymore either so no clue how one of their customers is supposed to get their prescriptions filled.
That's gonna be a week or two process, oh and fingers crossed the pharmacy in Missouri got your address right because if they send it to the wrong place you're screwed.
I got insurance through a new job, cancelled done in June and have traditional care through a Psych NP at a great practice. I haven't stressed about my ADHD in months.
I only came back to write this review because FOR THE 3RD MONTH IN A ROW they have charged me the $90 subscription fee and when I emailed them for a refund with the screenshot of my cancellation I was told
" sorry sir, we can only issue you a 20% refund on the unused months of subscription"
Even though I cancelled three months previous, and have a paper trail. Avoid this company if you want to keep your money. There are more trustworthy companies out there doing the same thing.
((Edit: Gave the company a couple weeks to try and contact me to make it. I responded to their below request for more info and they did nothing. It's my fault they stole money from my bank account after I cancelled my subscription 3 months prior. DO NOT USE DONE FOR ANY REASON.)

Bait and switch operation - don't fall for their marketing
After receiving several prescriptions without issue, I requested a refill this month and got no response. After a few days, I noticed my provider had changed without any notice. I scheduled an appointment with the new provider to get acquainted but was treated as a new patient and required to go through the diagnostic process again (despite them not even requesting a consultation). Instead of giving me a prescription, the new provider invented a reason to discharge me from the platform, for which I received no refund despite getting no prescription or actual services for the month.
Oh, and the promise of 24/7 support is a complete lie - you are lucky if you hear back within two days. This company is awful and you will regret signing up with them.
EDIT: The link in their response - which they include in every single reply to negative reviews - is fake. You CANNOT schedule an appointment with it. That alone should tell you all you need to know about these scam artists, but for good measure, they also demanded "extra information" about my review despite never contacting me aside from this automated response, solely in the hopes of getting my review pulled. This company deserves to fail.

Continued Bad Service - Only Respond When They Receive Critical Reviews
***UPDATE: THE LINK THAT DONE. PROVIDED IN THEIR RESPONSE DOESN'T WORK. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AND EXPLORING LEGAL REMEDIES. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME.***
Done Health cannot provide the services they offer. Overwhelming issues every month. If I had options elsewhere, I'd use them. They are PREDATORY. Preying on sick people with ADHD.
First, they double-charged me for August with no warning. I was told "okay great we will put it towards September..."
..except I get no service in September. I have been waiting weeks for a message back about a medication change...WHICH THEY SAY HAPPENS IN 72 HOURS. I even sent a second message saying it was urgent. Crickets.
There are no providers, and no service. The FDA and BBB should investigate these clowns. I will formally complain to regulatory agencies unless care improves rapidly.

Disgraceful. Scam. All the negatives.
I have been with Done for THREE YEARS now. I started out with no problems and they have dive bombed in the last year or so. There is ALWAYS delays on getting a script refilled, lack of communication as to what is happening and generic responses when you send an email. (You have to "sign up" for a time slot for a phone call to talk to someone in India that doesn't listen to anything you are saying."
My most recent concern:
-July11th: my provider was leaving done and unable to send any prescriptions through.
-July 17th: new provider was able to send it through
-August 21st: I requested my next months script (albiet a little late, I had pneumonia). I get a message that my provider is now BANNED at all major pharmacies in my area.
-August 28th- This provider says she has "a lot of patients" and will transfer me.
-August 29th- I have a new provider assigned. No communication from this person. So I requested a new script as I still hadn't gotten one.
-August 30/31st- I receive automated messaged from DONE, not my new provider that they are "looking into things" * Ive also had a new provider assigned without communication just a change in picture and name.
September 2nd- After 4 emails, two in-app messages. ZERO communication from provider and more run around/automated messaged from DONE.
Same message: "Thank you for contacting the Done Customer Support Portal.
Our team is looking into this now and will get back to you as soon as we confirm the issue with your current pharmacy. There may be a slight delay on weekends and holidays. We appreciate your understanding.
Just to set your expectation as well, Pharmacy changes can take several days to process. Average turnaround time can take up to 5 days, sometimes longer if there are local or state-wide medication shortages. Please also be advised that there may also be uncertainty about the availability of stocks should the prescription be re-routed to the new pharmacy"
TODAY, SEPTEMBER 10th I get a message from DONE (again not my provider, who still has said nothing to me), that Ill need to wait until my provider transfer appointment on OCTOBER 1st in order for my provider to authorize my refill.
All the while the are happily taking my monthly fee out of my account while I get the run around. Avoid at all cost.

Review
At first it started off slow and I read some bad reviews on line so I was kinda worried it was a scam. Then as time went on and the one on ones I’ve had with my physician have been very helpful and informative. She’s awesome and has steered me In the right direction. I’d recommend Done to anyone!

Terrible
Original provider left so I got sent to a new one who was asking me a bunch of questions that made me feel uncomfortable so I said something and asked for a new provider. They sent in my file for review and cancelled it because I reported the doctor.
I got a call from their support team and it's a third party service that is located in India.

Great Clinician, Terrible Support
Clinician was great, but Done support is an absolute mess. My account has been „in review” for a month since my initial consultation. Support tickets open up every time you respond to a calendar invite (of which they send many), and they’re never able to find your account when you do actually need something. Every message in a thread is with a different support agent, so there’s no continuity. It’s all just very poorly organized, not at all impressed. There are much better services out there.

Attempted to get a refill
Attempted to get a refill, but stated I must see my prescriber first. They didn’t inform me that I needed to do this. No issue taking my money every month, but won’t help with an appointment. I sent two emails, they responded with the exact same thing both times.
