I reported a fault with my dishwasher on 23rd June. This is a new machine. It took 10 days for the engineer to attend. Then he had to order the parts and book a return appointment for 9th July. This morning that appointment was cancelled and rebooked for 23rd July. When I called, the chatbot tells me I can only complain about the machine, not the service. Well, the service is inadequate. A month to fix a machine and no guarantee anyone will actually keep an appointment.

Arrived on time. Repaired in 45 minutes. Tech was awesome. Great warranty program.

Yo start with ii wa quoted a dry high price for work that was supposed to needed turned out job wa not done. When question about assessment he laughed. Had to call him back several times. He left garbage and I had to call someone else to clean. Another contractor had todo cement in some area over. I paid trwice. I would be very cautious to recommend this man again. Neither I or any member of my family would use your company that includes my friends Very disappointed. Hire reliable honest people That’s the way to keep business

With this company there seems to be a communication problem with the warranty department and the repair department. The warranty department told me multiple times that with my refrigerator warranty also comes with or offers parts but when you call for service repairs, the repair department keeps saying that parts are not included

I would like the world to know that Domestic & General is a great company to go with home appliances. The technician was prompt, professional, and courtesy. He was in and out of my house in the amount of minutes. I was would strongly recommend this coming to anybody who’s looking for someone to do small appliance, such as washing machine dryers.

I am very happy with the services. The repairman was knowledgeable and prepared.

He entered into our home and did what he had to do to fix our dryer.Thank you.

Don’t be fooled with this company. yes, the 3 times they sent people come to the house they were very nice. but the problem persisted. When we called to explore the option of having the washing machine replaced they wanted to send another repairman. Waiting around for a repairman requires taking off from work, waiting several days for the service without use of the machine - that was not a viable option for us. Nor should it be for you. Scam

The repairman arrived ok time and we had a discussion about our issue. I have been with D&G for may years and we don’t have many occasions for a repairman to repair an appliance. We think D&G it is the best insurer and they have been open and fair to our requests.

The technician was very professional and courteous. He appeared knowledgeable and explained the repair process to me. He mentioned that if the washing machine encounters any issues, I should just call, and he will return to complete the repairs.

Engineer not completing report. Had to wait another week to get the engineer back to order the correct part. No availability to explain problems experienced on telephone. In accepting when asked to raise complaint. Over two weeks to get repair completed. Termination of contract inevitable. Do not use these people.
