This is a fantastic initiative and really worth your while and every penny. There are numerous locations to access your blood tests, which are done in nice clinics with friendly service and then fast results. Blood test results are presented clearly in various ways - summary with option to view more detail and to liaise with a knowledgeable coach. Solutions to improve are offered in an autonomous way and are very simple and accessible to implement. Mostly, I found it empowering to find out my good, optimal and poor scores, and to feel able to do something about it. All in all, it feels like great value now for all that you get (and the peace of mind!).

Really enjoyed my experience so far. Great to know what it happening inside and been able to make changes which will
Hopefully help at the next blood test

Great service in terms of getting tested and tracking results. More thought is needed in how to present the data, particularly negative results are triggering with a lack of support.

Waiting a week for results. When I contacted the help email they said they focus on getting the right results and to contact after 7 days if still waiting. Joy the app help tool suggested it can take 10 days. In the feedback here to others they acknowledge delays in processing tests. It’s shouldn’t state 2-3 days if this is not realistic. Hoping it will be useful when I get the results.
It's a good price (£249) for the tests, I'm in London, so luckily was easy to find a clinic near me and there was really good availability. My experience in the clinic was great - in and out in under 10 mins, friendly woman, clean clinic etc. The health advice in the app is pretty good, though copying and pasting my results into another AI yielded a more rounded discussion. My Ferritin levels were marked as good in the app, but are actually borderline deficient 30.68 ug/l - apparently we should be aiming for minimum 50 ug/l for energy - and I do feel tired a lot. So I would suggest that threshold is reviewed and amended - it might be a standard cut off point, but from a service that is looking to optimise health rather than just confirm that you're within norms, I'd think that's worth a look. Also, I was considering gifting this, however if you refer a friend, they get £15 and you get £15 back, but if you gift, the price is still £249 - I would suggest they put a price incentive to gift as well - £30 off would cost Do Heath the same as a referral... Overall really positive experience and I would recommend.

3 stars because of price being good however I had my tests done last Friday, it is now the following Saturday ie 6 working days gone and haven’t heard back. The support email and AI bot don’t really help in this case. Will see how it goes now when and if I get my results.

Contacted customer services by email with a query as I am considering using this service and I had a reply extremely quickly. I will definitely be looking into signing up.

Some really helpful markers, but some helpful ones missing eg TC:HDL ratio, body fat along with a record of BP and resting HR - that were recorded during appointment
Good feedback but would appreciate more feedback specific to my results - advice was a bit too generic

Early days only first week. But feels like this is going to be a really good journey for me to go on. Looking forward to even better health Has been great to see my markers and to know what I should do. Also to understand so much more what’s going on in my body. I’m working to get my markers all to optimal level and keeping them there and enjoying the best health I possibly can and therefore my grandchildren as long as I can.

The whole process so far has been really straightforward and positive. Blood test results have shown me which areas need improving and how I can do this. The weekly action plan is encouraging me to make small lifestyle changes that will hopefully improve my results next blood test.

the bot Joy is a very useful part of the app, it provides quick and detailed responses

I'm hopeful it'll get better once I get my test results but I've been waiting over a week and not heard anything, and there's nobody to contact for support because the whole thing is Al.
I booked my blood test in london having to travel all the way from Cambridgeshire ,
The app is useless and so is the support team.
As a retired medical professional,to be fobbed off as an idiot is not acceptable response.Dont use clinics or Randox that cannot fulfil the requirements that you have stated on your website.
The App needs to be better managed and the e mails needs to be more responsive
Having listened to Dr Chatterjee’s podcast and read all his books ,attended his lectures in London absolutely feel I do not want to follow him or use his app
I have asked for a full refund twice by e mail yet no response .
Will be using section 75 to get my money back but again a headache going through banks and filling forms
I would be mindful using Do Health Save your money and use another private clinic or nhs

I initially had a slight issue because I didn’t realise until after signing up how far I would need to travel for my blood tests. When I attended my first appointment, it was unfortunately cancelled due to staff sickness, and I hadn’t been informed beforehand.
I emailed Do Health straight away to explain the situation and asked if I could cancel my subscription until blood tests become available at a location closer to me. Their response was almost immediate. They were extremely polite, professional and understanding, and they processed my cancellation and refund promptly with no questions asked.
Although the circumstances meant I couldn’t continue at this time, I was genuinely impressed by their excellent customer service. I will certainly keep an eye out to see if they offer blood testing at a more convenient location in the future, as I would be very happy to use their service again.

Booking the appointment was straight forward and I referred my husband so he got £15 off his fee. Unfortunately for me I have to wait until renewal next year to get my £15 this is totally unacceptable so that means if I don’t renew I don’t get £15.
We had our blood tests on Friday 31st July my husband received his results on Tuesday morning 4 th August it is now 7th August and I am still waiting for my results.
I have sent an email 2 days ago and haven’t got a reply don’t like the fact they don’t have a telephone number what are they hiding from?
Makes me wonder if it’s isn’t a new form of Scamming the public
Very Easy to access, professional and extremely thorough blood test.
So easy going to Holland and Barrett in Leicester and lovely phlebotomist who got me in earlier than my appointment time ... loved that!
Very quick results and excellent explanation of each area of test.
Thank you - I have recommended you to my family and friends.
