Missing items & Poor quality

Poor quality. They give you a few photos to upload so I did three. They only picked one. On top of that, an entire bandana that I ordered didn't arrive. It wasn't split parcel like they say can sometimes happen. It was all in one parcel according to their email confirmation and the tracking provided. No contact option on their site. You have to go via email and wait for their response. Will update if I hear back from them. I'm seeking a refund for the portion of the order they never delivered on.

Terrible quality and service

Terrible quality and service

No communication for over a month and then I got a confirmation that it had been posted. About six weeks from start to finish for a piece of garbage.
Quality is just terrible. Something that a kid would make at daycare for free.

Zero Communication

Ordered nearly two weeks ago and so far, no correspondence from them other than the order confirmed email. Emailed them yesterday to find out where my order is and if it will be delivered before Christmas as this was ordered in plenty of time for a Christmas gift and now I'm really not confident that it will arrive. This was a memorial gift for my husband as our older boy went over the rainbow bridge this year and he's really missing him. I'm so disappointed with the service.

Still haven’t received my order from…

Still haven’t received my order from over a month ago. Have contacted the customer service many times with no real response on when I will receive my item. Was lucky to even get a reply - website says will reply in 2 business days - it took almost 1 week. Will not be buying from them again!

short delivery time, lack of update during shipment

I ordered a dog collar the 18.01.2023. I recived it today and i am satisfied with the collar. However i did not get any confirmation that the package was sendt or access to the tracking. When i sendt a e-mail, i got a respond with the tracking information quite fast.

Have ordered my order 2 weeks ago

Have ordered my order 2 weeks ago! Still have not received it! When i tried to contact the company trough e-mail... they started to share me a problems that they are moving warehouse and orders are late.

2 weeks have passed and they have not even shipped my order. Even though on their website it says that they ship it out exactly on a same day as you buy. Very disappointed! Very unreliable!
