I need to return the bundle I purchased. I sent an email with the pictures Joy requested. Days have passed and I have not heard next steps.
I understand the company is small but communication is key to long term success.
Can someone please reply and simply provide the "authorization" to make my return, provide paperwork to accompany the return and give an address for the return.

Complicated ordering process. I thought I was getting a free front D ring but apparently I ordered the wrong thing. I created my own D ring but the harness is no better than my old one and three times the price. It will go in the bin.

You advertise your prices in Euro's, take my money using a european payment provider but fail to inform that no VAT has been paid on the items yet. I have to dig into some FAQ page to find that "I should expect duty fees"

Little dishonest if you ask me!

I bought the harness with no pull added loop and spent $53 dollars on expecting it to be great no pull harness for my frenchie however she got out it. I then tightened it and readjusted it and she hates it. She pulls worse and runs because it’s hurting her ivdd in upper back and neck area. I emailed them and showed them it with photos and they said they only wanted it back with tags, all patches of their logo. I don’t know where there logo patch is. It wasn’t needed or possible to use with it being on the Velcro gets covered with the strap. I’m running out time for refund and now it looks like it’s not happening. It’s also very hard rough fabric for my small dog.

My dog is very sensitive to how gear feels on his body, and this harness has been a total game‑changer. We’ve tried multiple brands, but this is the first one where he immediately looked comfortable and relaxed. The fit is secure without being restrictive, and the design doesn’t put pressure on his shoulders or chest. He can move naturally, breathe easily, and doesn’t get overstimulated the way he used to with bulkier harnesses. I noticed the difference right away; he panted less on walks and settled into a calm nap afterward instead of staying revved up. That’s huge for a dog with a sensitive nervous system. If you have a dog who’s sensitive, anxious, or picky about harnesses, this one is absolutely worth trying. It gave my dog more comfort, more freedom, and honestly, more joy on our walks.

I ordered a small and received a medium harness. Because of their mistake now I have to go through the trouble of returning it and trying to get one to fix fit my dog. Right now I’m feeling very low trust for this website after reading the reviews.

Excellent customer service regarding a return for a smaller size! So helpful and quick to respond. I have ordered two harnesses and will be ordering a third today.

Ordered a dog harness on the 28th Feb, received conformation and tracking number. Delivery was stated as 3-7 business days. It is now the 10th March and my item is still in the USA! At no point do they tell you items ship from the US. When i queried it i was simply told 3-7 days is an estimate and it depends on the customs, courier and processes! If you want your item quickly i'd avoid ordering from here!

Ordered a harness a size too big for our pup and contacted customer service to organise an exchange for the smaller size expecting some kind of ordeal as can happen sometimes with returning items, instead I was pleasantly surprised that all they wanted was a photo to confirm the item was unused/undamaged and gave the option to donate it to a local animal shelter, at which point, once sent confirmation, they will send the new harness free of charge. Now they could have made me post the order back, which was still pristine, and made money off it but instead they allow it to go somewhere it’s needed. Ethics over greed is the message here and that is a rare value with companies these days so respect to these guys. Also customer service advisors I corresponded with were fantastic, very helpful and polite so big up those guys!

Great quality, and perfect design, shipped from US to UAE, when asked for support the customer service team was super and very responsive!

I ordered the premium harness, customized tag, collar and bungee leash. I have to say, the design and materials are great. I ordered too large on the harness and within 2 days (which was due to my slacking on responding) I was able to receive a return label, get the incorrect size sent back and within minutes of it being with USPS the new size was processed to be shipped to me. Great products and great customer service!

Their website is misleading, making it seem like it is an EU company, but in reality, they are based outside the EU and you can expect another 20 euro customs cost in addition to already overpriced products. They make absolutely no reference to this when you order on their website. I evwntually got a partial refund, so ended up loosing money. Stay away from them if you care about quality and transparency.

Too many hurdles in exchange process, including paying for return shipping myself. Final straw was asking me to purchase the D ring and send them the order number before they would send me the new size harness. What a waste of time. There are other harnesses out there.

Very progressional. I ordered the wrong size they immediately responded and corrected my order. Furthermore they followed up with me to make sure I received tracking information. Great customer service

I've tried several no pull harnesses with the front clips. The Dog Friendly harness has made all the difference in the world. I haven't had to get pissy with my poodle puppy since we've been using it!! Love it! I did think the leash was a bit short though so I use that for my car leash for store trips. I do really like the cool clip though!

I've been buying dog products from dog friendly co for over 4 years. Today I contacted them about the cooling mat that I had which got mould on the inside. Without too much hastle they were able to resolve it and send a replacement. Sticking true to their word on lifetime warranty! Great customer service 5/5!

My fur son looks awesome with the orange color on, and the stretchy leash feel easier than before for his walk 👍🏻

We purchased two Harnest. The quality is just bad. This is an 3-5 Euro item in a local Action store. There is nothing soft or high quality. It seems they have a great marketing. But the quality is the worstest I have seen seen in the last 20years with my dog experience. You can't compare it with Hunter & Co. Even hidden costs. Nice margin of 600-700% for Dog Friendly Co. Totally disappointed!!! We will donate it...
