UK customer here. My dog is a cockapoo and she pulls that much, it's like walking a meerkat. She only walks on her 2 back legs. I've tried lots of different harnesses for her including ones that have got a front loop. None of them worked!

I accidentally came across dog friendly co and saw what they had. Originally I thought they were a little on the pricey side, but the life time guarantee persuaded me to give it a go.

I decided to buy a medium sized harness for my adult female cockapoo. When it arrived, it was too big. I got in touch with dog friendly co and the communication and customer service was beyond excellent.

They allowed me to choose a dog shelter charity to donate the harness to and sent a replacement very quickly free of charge. I can't highlight enough how excellent the customer service is. Probably the best company I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Now for the actual product....does it work??? Short answer, yes! It is easy to put on, the front loop takes a little figuring out, but is easy once you know what you're doing. My dog still pulls but there is a significant difference. For one she walked on all fours. Secondly, i had to keep checking she was still attached to the lead as there were several times the lead was loose instead of stretched out tight.

Final verdict, I highly recommend the harness and the company. It really does help with the walks. I was very sceptical originally, but I've definitely been persuaded and will probably end up buying more from this company again.

I was so excited to use the harness and leash . It worked perfectly. Punky wasn't ripping my arm off trying to get to the barn cats. It's as if she knew it was time for training. I thought I had the harness on tight enough. Unfortunately I put her in her crate with the harness on to greet a person and let them know I had a puppy in training. I literally was gone five minutes and she chewed through the front of harness. Punky's name fits her well she's Spunky. Together we have lots of learning to do .This is my fault. I shouldn't have left the harness on when I put her in the crate. I will be ordering another one as soon as I can.

The Dog Friendly Co support team were very helpful throughout my whole order experience. I had to exchange and return a couple of items and they were friendly and helpful each time. I am really happy with the items that I kept from my first order. Thank you Kyle, Charm and everyone else who helped along the way! I would recommend DRC despite the exchanges and returns that I had to do, although I probably wouldn’t recommend the collars for a small dog. I exchanged the collar a couple of times before finally returning it because I just couldn’t find a good fit for my King Charles Cavalier Spaniel.

Very high quality materiel and product all around! Solid stitching and buckle! I made a mistake while ordering the wrong size harness for my female Spanish greyhound and never thought they would help after a few months…, but after I decided to finally contact them, they did, and I was provided with the upmost after sale service while they assisted in determining the correct size and, they replaced at no cost my harness! Furthermore, they gave
me the great pleasure to offer the first harness to a local dog shelter where I live and that resulted in a very happy female Labrador who had just given pops! Thank you Dogfriendlyco 😉

Couldn’t believe the d ring harness worked my dogs stopped pulling almost instantly. It is a game changer for all of us

I haven’t bought one of these harnesses but the video I watched says it’s stops pulling. I’ve read a lot of reviews and hardly anyone says it stopped their dog pulling?

Received item today. No explanation as to why it took so long for items to be dispatched. Dispatch date 19th January and shipped from the USA!!!

Purchased harness and d ring on 7th January. Been in contact with company via email and I still don’t have my items. They stated it was a 48hr dispatch time!! Not happy.

I ordered the collar (with name attachments) and the leash. Since day one my dog and I just love them! However one day the metal ring on the collar ripped off when my dog got spooked. I contacted the company, and they immediately wrote right back to me, asked for pictures of what broke, and followed up by offering me a new collar! So happy as customer service like this is very rare! Highly recommend them!

Still waiting for my order still not shipped after 3 weeks.

When we receive the harness, I noticed that it was well designed well put together and well stitched, it is also easy to put on and off my Aussie doodle. Highly recommended!

Great products and loves the company. My mother had a hard time put on other harness, so I thought ok let’s try this one. It’s fantastic. Super easy to put on and fit perfectly. I can adjust it when her coat gets thicker. I highly recommend recommend their products

We purchased the hardness and no pull D ring harness attachment. It has been amazing. Walks with our 80lb baby have been so much easier. Our dog seems comfortable and happy to be wearing it.

I purchased a dog Lead harness however it was the wrong size. I notified the company and they asked for pictures specific to the merchandise that I purchased. They then asked for more pictures of the same item and now they are saying that I need to reattach the labels, which I never removed from the item. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service and will not be purchasing anything from this organization in the future.

Don't trust this company. They sell products that should only cost you 1/5 of what you are paying them. You can buy the same quality on Temu.

Excellent harness - quality, fit and function! We ordered a harness that was slightly too big for our pup and the excellent customer service made our exchange for a smaller size super easy and fast!

I originally purchased the incorrect size and customer service was quick to respond that they would correct the size prior to shipping but that they were out of stock on the size I needed. It took forever to eventually get it but customer service was always quick to respond. I absolutely love the harness and leash. They feel very well made and the color is gorgeous.

Just received my order today and I am so happy with the quality of the product. My dog Jaeger (45 pounds) is a puller and finally found a product suitable for him. My walk with him was very pleasant today. He immediately stopped pulling. Glad that I was able to find this product and thank you so much!

I have a Cane Corso puppy, and when I take her out there is no pulling, and if there’s a tug the leash really helps. I love this product. An absolute need for your dogs or pups. Thank you for making an amazing product.

I purchased the harness with name tag, leash, and poo bag holder. What a scam. I thought I was purchasing high quality product because of the lifetime warranty advertised. Everything, including the name tag, was falling apart in less than 30 days. Do not purchase this product. I contacted the DogFriendlyCo to return the items and they only refunded me partially. I would not recommend this company or this product.
