Worst Customer Service Ever!
A while back I ordered a dog bed. It came with the wrong size cover. I telephoned and a female was snippy in tone and not at all helpful. I got a call back from a male who I believed to be the owner who was most helpful. Ended in a good experience. Now I wanted to place a second order; however, needed help with ordering the correct memory foam size for the 2 covers; their brand, I already had. Now I find out they offer no phone service and their communication by email turns out to be extremely slow response, unprofessional and unclear in content. I believe strongly it is the same female so unprofessional when placing my first order. I relayed working prior with a male I believed to be the owner and requested his help again in placing my order. 3 days later; nothing! So very rude and disrespectful. I feel strongly my message never got to the owner.
