I have now requested cancellation of this subscription three separate times, and each time I received confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled — yet I have continued to be charged regardless.

At this point, I have serious concerns that no actual human support agent is reviewing these requests. My support emails are replied to within minutes with responses that appear entirely automated, while no action is ever taken to stop the recurring charges.

I use Yumwoof's Perfect Superfood Meat Lovers as treats because they fit perfectly in my dog's enrichment toys. He loves it and I know it is good for him. I also use their grain free Perfect Dog Food mix and mix it with ground beef for his regular food. I've been very happy with them, and they keep my 11-year-old beagle as active and healthy as a puppy. Customer service is very responsive, although I've only had to contact them once due to an ordering error on my part. I've been feeding Yumwoof for over a year and a half now with no complaints.

Warning pet parents beware. This dog food not only contains suspicious ingrediants but more important the chunks / morsels/ superfood is so dry and Rock hard its a choking hazard. My dog got a piece of the food lodged in his throat and had to be rushed to the vet emergency room .he could not breathe from the obstruction.
The kibble chunks are an inch long. The superfood is rock hard. No dog can properly digest food this hard.

I DO NOT recommend purchasing food from yumwoof. They are a highly unethical company with deceptive business practices and false advertising. They have a satisfaction guarantee listed on their website but once you ask them to honor it, they will refuse and proceed to argue with you. I placed a order over $300 and when the package arrived the food I ordered was not in the box and instead they sent a totally different flavor. I reached out to them requesting a refund which I am rightly due as i did not get what i paid for. Instead of honoring a refund or there satisfaction guarantee they instead lashed out at me arguing non stop with me over the course of about 15 rude emails they sent me. They were calling me a liar and every email they would send me they would change there story of what picture to send them. First they told me to send them a picture, they than started demanding videos using intimidation tactics. Right away I grew very suspicious of who is running this company and behind the deceit. They scammed me and are not a honest pet company which makes me even more suspicious of the food if this is there interaction with me. Stay away from Yumwoof, no customer should have to go though what i am dealing with and they owe me a refund
