The customer service at this company is absolutely amazing...prompt replies and problems sorted quickly and easily. The jewellery is lovely and good quality...can't recommend them highly enough.

Shopping from D.Louise is always a joy

Shopping from D.Louise is always a joy. I have met Olivia at samples sales but I am a regular customer. I love the range and the quality is superb. For the first time I had an issue with the closure on one of the bracelets recently bought and the customer service I received was second to none. The issue was dealt with a high professionalism, quick and to my satisfaction. The customer service representative was very helpful indeed.

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with one of my orders. I sent a message on WhatsApp to the customer service team and got a reply instantly. They were extremely helpful and generous is getting the issue resolved with no hassle from my end. It’s rare to find this level of care within a company. Would definitely recommend D Louise to all my friends and family. Beautiful pieces too.

Mistakes happen and I think it’s the measure of a good company if they can resolve matters quickly and effectively. I had been sent the incorrect item. I messaged to advise and this was sorted for me straight away. Communication with me was great. Thank you

Nothing but positive experience with this company and their Jewellery!

Fabulous company to deal with and beautiful jewellery that doesn’t cost the earth but is hard wearing and such good quality. Had a piece of jewellery that broke and within a week I had received a replacement.

Super happy with my order

Super happy with my order ! Ordering process is user friendly and delivery is prompt. The packaging feels like a more expensive brand which I love. The 2 rings which I ordered fit perfectly and look great. Perfect travel rings.

Awful experience

Unfortunately the experience that I have had does not seem to align with others.
I placed an order with the expectation it would ship within 2-3 working days. However, it has now been over 2 weeks and still not received. I reached out to their customer service team where response have been exceptionally slow, for them to eventually let me know one item was out of stock. It has been over a week of messaging with absolutely no response as to how this will be resolved or when.
Extremely disappointed and would strongly advise against ordering with them.

Bought from D Louise time and time again as the quality is unmatched. I never take off my paper clip bracelet and still looks like new. Plus the customer service is exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service! April 19th I ordered a bundle of jewelry for my daughter. I am still waiting on the delivery. Only after I emailed complaining they then replied saying they had stocking issues. I sent another chaser and received the same email. I do not know if I will receive my order all I will say is do not order from this company who not care. If I receive my order I will let Trust pilot know.

Amazing and affordable gold jewellery

I’ve ordered a few pieces from D.Louise and I couldn’t be happier. For years I’ve struggled with gold jewellery, having pieces that fade and don’t last. I happily placed an order with this…

I happily placed an order with this company for one of their special deals. After 3 weeks I still hadn't received that order so I contacted the company. The customer support team just replied that there had been a system error and cancelled the order.
It was a disappointing experience overall and I wouldn't order from them again.
