We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. DLG AUTO SERVICES ARE AMAZING! They are not only professional, but also kind, thoughtful and truly family friendly.
If I could give them 6 stars I would.
Kelly in the office and manager Adam went above and beyond to help me and my daughter when she was stranded, alone and her car wouldn’t start. I called in the off chance someone could go and jump start her car as I was 70 miles away. Adam was there wishing 15 minutes of my call. Helped her, started the car and did so in a kind, friendly and with generosity of heart. I will NEVER forget this kindness and want to say a HUGE thank you from the bottom of my heart. A truly great set up and obviously run by a people who genuinely care. 6 🌟

quick response

Hit a pot hole which damaged my tyre. Called rescue and got a quick response with be there in half hour.

Fantastic work from the guys at DLG…

Fantastic work from the guys at DLG Barnsley. Car picked up right on time and delivered back right when they said. The repairs are excellent, the car looks brand new. Communication, wether phone call or text was brilliant. Can't thank them enough.

Bodywork Repairs

The service provided by DLG Auto Services - Manchester was first class and after thinking I was going to be without my car for over a week, it was returned after 2 days! The car looked great, inside and out.

Accident repairs take longer than you may think!

My car was off the road for longer than I had expected, partly because it's actually the first time I've had to go through the 'accident/repair' process and didn't expect it would last so long and unfortunately because you were sent an incorrect part which added the best part of 3 weeks onto the whole thing! Your telephone staff were excellent each time I rang!

Not your average mainstream body shop

Having had several poor experiences of mainstream body shops in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from DLG. Communication was excellent, they phoned back when they said they would, and everybody was polite and friendly. My car was repaired to "like new" status (you cannot tell it's been repainted), and the courtesy car was new with low mileage.

Incomplete repairs even after 2 visits to the garage

Following an accident in my car, it was sent off to DLG Auto services (via my insurance) to complete the repairs. When i received my car back, it was apparent that the bodywork repairs had not been complete to a good enough standard and none of the body work was realigned properly. This lead to my boot not being water tight, and a battery in my boot being covered in water following rain, causing all the electrics in my car to malfunction.
I contacted the garage who then collected the car and took it off again for 2 weeks. When i got my car back after this, there was still issues with the body work and not all the electrical faults had been fixed!
The car will now need to go back in for a third time. Lazy workman ship!

Great Service and Great Comms

I had minor damage to the offside rear panel and and bumper. DLG were great with Comms, collected the car, discussed the work to be undertaken on the phone, repair was really well done and car returned the following day. All in all, very pleased with the service

This is my third time to have my car…

This is my third time to have my car fixed in this shop. My first two was excellent service only this time the receptionist didn't give me enough time to have the courtesy car return in how they want it (cleaned and fuelled up to the level they delivered the car to me). She called me to say my car's done and they need the courtesy car back before 4:45pm. They usually call or email a day before to give me time. This time she called me few hours before I need to return the car bearing in mind, I was at work till 3pm. I managed to have the car fuelled but not cleaned due to not having enough time. But the repair's excellent just the above issue.

Great job on the car. Not so great in scheduling collection.

They did a wonderful job and were very nice to deal with. They also cleaned the car before returning it. However, after getting my collection date and an e-mail confirming they would come for the car in the morning they didn’t turn up until after 1pm. I waited home all morning and by the time they came I’d had to go out to the appointment I had deliberately booked for the afternoon so I could accommodate them. Very annoying and very disruptive to my day.
