Dji battery handle
The battery handle is a great extension to the DJI osmo 4. Works very well in increasing the usability of the device for long recording sessions. It’s definitely a must buy item.

I expected next day delivery as…
I expected next day delivery as promised but turned out this meant working days. I then rearranged for it to be delivered by DPD and its still sitting at their depot.

Excellent service and very fast dispatch
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was processed. I placed my order after 3 pm, but it was still packed and dispatched the same day. I was told it would arrive the next day, and I believe it would have if the delivery company had done its job properly.
Unfortunately, the courier falsely reported that nobody was at home, even though someone was there. That was disappointing, but it was the delivery company's fault, not DJI | Hasselblad.
DJI | Hasselblad provided excellent service, fast dispatch, and clear communication. I would definitely order from them again.

Very pleasant customer service rep. I rang last Friday to check delivery status on m8crophones for my grandson. The courier had not collected them from the store. It was looking luke they would not be delivered until Monday however they were delivered on Saturday much to my grandsons happiness as he was wanting them for the motor racing at Donnington Park. So well done and thankyou for the excellent service.
