Service that blew away the local competition
Contacted Dave on Friday afternoon, 19 December 2025, when every company was shutting down for Christmas. Whereas his competitors all told me to email my request but warned that it wouldn't even be looked at until they started back up on the 5th of January, Dave returned my phone call, told me his team had a job that day, but if I was willing to meet them upon their return at their workshop, they would do the work as I waited that very day.
Phenomenal customer service was matched by precision engineering. Dave looked at what I wanted done, discussed with me some alternatives options along with the pros and cons of each. I decided which suited my needs the best and they went to work.
Very impressive workshop with enough tools and machinery to build your very own Killdozer. My job, fortunately, involved less work than that and after carefully measuring up, they went to work and absolutely nailed the result that I was looking for.
I could not be happier with the result and was just so impressed with how well I was treated by them as juxtaposed with their competitors who, mentally at least, if not physically, had already clocked off for the holidays. Dave and crew could not have been more helpful, and I simply would not even remotely consider going anywhere else in the future for any of my metalwork or ironmongery needs.
