I’ve been shopping with Djerf Avenue since September 2019 and I have only been blown away from this brand. The quality has been great from the start, but they continue to improve. They are constantly receptive to feedback, which is amazing knowing that the customers and community have such an impact on where the business goes.

From the quality in production, to all the final touches that go around each item, this is a well thought out brand and the care factor shows in each piece. Their customer service team is the best and is always there to fix any issues. I believe I have 40+ DA pieces now and know that these pieces will stand the test of time, I am blown away with how brand new some pieces still look, especially items like the Staple Sweatshirt (which has had it’s fair share of washes.) They create the perfect capsule wardrobe, as the pieces are durable and timeless. Djerf Avenue has been inclusive from the start and I am proud to support such a beautiful company!

The quality of the items I recently ordered are amazing! I’m so happy with the new prints and designs that have been released. The customer service team has been amazing during the holidays with communicating whenever I’ve had questions. They are truly the most kind and dedicated customer service employees. The brand as a whole is just filled with amazing people. I feel like I’m a part of the family by shopping here. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer!

I’ve been a Djerf Avenue customer since their first launch, and since then, the company has grown with so much care and consideration for their customers. I have always had incredible experiences shopping through their website, and if I’ve ever encountered a problem, their customer service agents handle it in the best way they can.
What I love most about Djerf Avenue is that it really feels like a company that values each customer. When you speak to their team, it feels like speaking to a friend who genuinely cares about your experience. More so, the clothes I’ve bought are absolute staples in my closet. I can’t imagine my style evolution without them.
I am so grateful to this brand and am excited to watch them continue to grow!

I absolutely love everything I received so far from Djerf Avenue. The favourite pants were my first purchase and even though I've been wearing them non-stop (bc ah they're so effortlessly chic!), they still look the same as when I got them. I ordered the matching blazer and some tops after that and again, love the fit and quality. I'm saving up for my next pieces (they might be a little pricier than high street but the quality and durability is amazing). So will be ordering again in the future!

PS: yes, be aware of taxes if you live outside of the EU, but I'm used to it living in Japan since all my favourite brands request it. It doesn't put me off whatsoever, because I'm so happy with my pieces.

Hands down one of the most loving, passionate, hardworking brands. I cannot tell you enough to go by their clothes. I have been so impressed with the customer service and the quality of everything. Djerf does not only cater to the fashion industry but supplies items for the bedroom, kitchen and phones. All their printed items are unique and I can firmly suggest you purchase each and everyone one. My favorite item would be their jeans and as I midsize girlie they are a must. I also have fallen in love with the Summer berries prints and I can’t wait for more items Matilda will be coming up with. I look forward to Djerf Avenues success as the whole team deserves it and I will continue to support the business as they are also selfless and donate profits to other organizations!

My all time favorite brand! My favorite pieces are the straight jeans (the only jeans I use!), the blazer, breezy shirt, the ribbed basics and the list just keeping going! There is no other brand that I feel fit me better!! I truly have so much love for this brand! The quality and fit is amazing! I love the inclusively they have in the photos! It makes it so easy to shop at there website when you see different sizes and body types! Also the costumer service always answer kindly and making exchanges or returns goes so fast! Truly can’t recommend any other brand more! The only brand I want to have in my wardrobe!!!!

I love how effortlessly chic they are, the quality of the clothes are incredible and they’re timeless must have pieces that will never go out of style! I really don’t get all the negative reviews here. I ordered twice from DA and had the best order/shipping/costumer success experience. The team is one of a kind and helps you everytime when it comes to sizes, shipping, etc. Both my packages arrived after 2-3 days and I’m located in Germany. I love every single product i ordered especially the Breezy Set and i can’t brag enough about how amazing the quality is. Happy Holidays Haters

Just had an email from DHL saying I need to pay an extra £52 duty, I expect that this should be mentioned when checking out items that are being delivered to Uk, not hiding somewhere in the small print. Quite disgusted that in this day and age it isn't shown. Have asked customer services to cancel the order, no response so far.

£90 duty on an order. Despite returning most of it you still pay the entire duty.

Pleide å elske dette merket og har vært veldig fornøyd med de første produktene jeg kjøpte derifra. Dessverre har de siste bestillingene skuffet. Løse tråder og sømmer som går opp etter engangs bruk eller første vask, og kundeservice som bruker lang tid på å svare. Flere jeg kjenner har opplevd å kjøpe klær derifra som har hatt hull og flekker ved levering, for ikke å snakke om blazeren deres som farger av på det man har under. Djerd sier dette kun gjelder en batch med blazere noe som ikke stemmer da flere jeg kjenner som har den blazeren sier det samme til tross for at de bestilte den med over et halvt års mellomrom.

Merket har rett og slett tapt seg skikkelig i kvalitet. Anbefales ikke!

I used to love this brand and was very happy with the first products I bought. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Loose threads and seams that unravel after using it one time or after one wash. Costumer service uses forever to respond and returns are difficult.
Several of my friends have had the experience of buying clothes from them and receiving their orders with holes or stains upon delivery, not to mention their blazers that discolour and ruins whatever you have underneath. Djerf lies and says this only applied to a certain batch of the blazers. That is not the case as the people I know bought them with months in between, some of them after Djerf was made aware of the problem.

The brand has simply lost it’s touch and quality. Sadly, I can no longer recommend it…

I’ve been a customer since Matilda introduced the brand two years ago. In full honestly wanted to write this review after I read all the bad reviews, which in reality majority of the issues are a fault of the customer that they did not read that you will be charged customs upon delivery to the UK (Brexit) or that the return is for a fee (usually brands do that so that you think twice before buying, therefore more sustainable). I order to the uk and eu and everytime time I had a hassle free experience, as well as when returning. If I’d had any issues with my item or order, the customer service team was always nice and quick with responding and resolving my issues. They really care for you, as a customer. I’m a size UK16 and as sizing can be tricky sometimes, I am so happy that the items always fit me and the quality is amazing. I would always recommend it to everyone and cannot be more proud to support it 🧡

Absolutely awful. Do not waste your time or money!!! Clothes aren’t that good quality, especially for the price. The returns policy is appalling and the customer service is atrocious. Avoid at all costs, they’ve taken hundreds from me! DHL are also the worst delivery service in the entire world. Save your money and spend it literally anywhere else

Ordered the blazer and was really impressed with the quality for the price. Tried it on and realized I wanted more of an oversized fit. Exchange process was seamless and easy and customer service was extremely fast and friendly.

I love the clothes! I had to exchange for a different size and it was so quick as I needed the item for a trip.
And customer service was friendly and helpful. So refreshing which is why I felt compelled to write this review. Kudos to them!

I have now placed around 7 orders with Djerf, with about 4 items in each package, I have put a lot of my money in good clothes that are produced in Europe (I’m from DK so I only buy clothes from European produced shops)
Overall my experience has been great! All of my items has been a great quality. Some items are a special fabric and should be taken very good care of, they note this on the website and people should just follow these instructions, then there is no problem!
All of the staple pieces are great quality, always, and can typically be washed as your ‘normal’ clothes.
I am a medium in both bottom and top and I have never had any problems with sizing!

The only problem I’ve had was the costumer was not that informative about my order, it was 5 days since I placed my order and they said it wasn’t packaged yet and couldn’t inform me when it would be shipped (normal delivery is 3-5 days)
So I was quite disappointed with this, but to my surprise it was delivered 2 days after, with everything shipped in 1 night! And a total of 7 days, which is Ok.
But yeah that’s why only 4 stars!
