Love it so much!!! 🥹

I can’t express just exactly how perfect this song turned out. The person chosen to sing this song most definitely brought the feeling perfectly! I’m beyond pleased with how this song turned out. I can’t thank this company enough for bringing my feelings to life. My husband was beyond touched with this beautiful story of our life.

What a wonderful anniversary gift. Excellent customer service and support Quick to respond to questions, pricing, and suggestions to make the song personal. I cried (79 year old man) whenI first listened to it.

So simple to create such an incredible song for my husband and I cannot believe how beautiful it turned out. Actually made me cry.

Paid for all the extra services, additional chorus’, bridge, expedited delivery, and unlimited edits. Requested one change and was told would have it within 8 hours. 24 hours later no reply from support after 4 emails. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the song was great but way too long and I asked to simply remove one chorus.

The song was good. However, some things to consider: 1. it's all AI (it was created with the click of a button from me), 2. they don't provide an mp3 link so you can never download it or listen through iTunes (you have to always go to a website link they provide, which also means you can't listen offline), and 3. the sales funnel was deceptive. I'm not a serial-negative-review-leaver, so it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. But here are my reasons.

Here's what it was deceptive: They say it's $99 for song. After you pay that, they ask you to pay another $50 to complete the song - to "add a bridge and chorus."

With just the $99, you only get two verses - no bridge or chorus. Meaning, an incomplete song.

Also, I'm glad I didn't pay the upcharge for the 24 hour turnaround - they produce your song via AI instantly. So the 24 hour turnaround upcharge is another deceptive upcharge.

I'd like my $50 back for the bridge and chorus since their marketing had claimed it was $99 for a song. Their marketing said in big letters "a song for $99." That was also what was communicated to me in back-and-forth emails with the company prior to purchasing. If something else was in fine print, that reinforces the efforts they're going to be deceptive, my friends.

And the fact that this song is not able to be downloaded makes me feel like this was a waste of money. I can't add it to a romantic playlist on iTunes or anything. Or listen offline. Of course, they offer you $100 to buy it on CD after you pay $150 for the song + bridge and chorus.

The song was decent so I gave it 2 stars. The company has deceptive marketing practices (upcharge for a complete song, false upcharge for quick turnaround when everyone gets their songs instantly) so the FTC may come for them eventually for that.

I sincerely hope they change their ways so people can enjoy the good songs they create without such a negative experience.

I ordered a song for our anniversary. The ad said they would send a copy for approval before charging me. i got the song, it was just OK but then my husband asked me for a divorce. I immediately emailed Divinesong and told them the circumstances and they said they would make it right, but then they wouldn't answer my emails except to say someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Those were the only emails I got. They charged my card. I challenged the charge and after two months the fraud department said they had supplied evidence that they were in the right; except they lied about not giving me a copy of approve. Do not do business with this company. While some people say they had a good experience, I have found out through due diligence that there are more unhappy customers than happy. This company lies about making things right. They "say" they take their time to make the song. They use AI. I got an email in a few hours after requesting one. All they did was add into A1 what they wanted to say and that's it. It cost them nothing to make the song. There are not songwriters that make up the songs. They will take advantage of you and don't believe when they say you have to approve the song first before they charge you because they immediately.

You did exactly what I instructed you to do. When I played it for my wife and 20 something daughters, they said it was "cringy" and not to give it to my friend. So, I scrapped it. You tried, you performed on time, it just wasn't as good as the first one you did for me.

Love it! Makes me cry every time I play it. Good customer service when I had a couple of edits and couldn't find my order #.
Would love the vinyl version but a bit too pricey!

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a very long time! To say it stings is an understatement. I have this company $150 and information to use in the song lyrics.
The end product is a very uninspiring generic song that I wouldn’t bother to use.

What an amazing concept and unique, beautiful gift idea. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to give something so special and as touching as this turned out to be! The staff was so kind and patient as I did ask for many edits, mainly because I wanted it just right. It turned out so perfectly. My husband’s birthday is this weekend and I’m about to bust with excitement to share it with him at his 60th birthday party!

Wish I would have read more reviews before my spur of the moment decision to purchase this. Started out great, really liked a lot of things about the song but it definitely wasnt perfect and needed edits. Once I started making edits, it all went downhill. There were computer glitches and it kept completely changing the song (tune, melody, rhythm, general genre). They kept saying they couldnt keep the same song with the edits but I was getting some edits with that part of the song correct but as soon as they would edit another part of the song, the previous edit was gone. Soon realized I was dealing with computers and not real people. After conveying my frustration, I was told I was talking to a person, Cindy Hope, but I have my suspicions it was a person. She kept sending me form replies and even at one point said that wasnt where I was supposed to submit edits. I reminded her/ or the AI agent that they had requested I only reply there and then it was suddenly ok. I should have known better but it never occurred to me that the song would be completely AI generated. Save yourself some time and frustration, there are human songwriters everywhere that could do this service with a much easier outcome. A majority of my edits werent things I was requesting but trying to fix the computer glitches (combing words, dropping complete words, overlapping of lyrics). Never got the version of the song I wanted so not sure I will ever show it to my husband. Going to request a refund but doesnt sound promising according to the other reviews.

I live ur product bu t something is wrong and I cant get a order # or info on receiving the gift package I ordered. Need a real customer service department real person. I would love to surprise someone with this gift oackage.i have been run around for hours I just need to talk to a real person. I am79 years old and want to give this gift to a friend this week. I have been trying to get help with a product I have already paid for.

I can’t tell you how great Divine Song is in writing the songs plus the art work. All of the people I have worked with have been extremely talented artists and great at writing the songs. They took my exact thoughts and put them into words I could never express. The title went perfect with the song. Also the production people that did my art did more than I could have ever expected. I sent pictures of our dogs and they worked them into the art perfect. This song is for husband for his birthday! It was something that I wanted to be so special for him. I would use Divine Songs any time due to the kindness, friendliness, how fast it was sent to me. This company has a special way to touch so many people!! I was blessed to get to work with all involved!!!

My husband was very moved by the song and my children loved it.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a Father’s Day song for 99.00 dollars, trying something new. The final total was $198.98! I was not able to delete the $69.00 plus another $29.00 charge because the divinesong directly placed the charge! This ordering site is deceitful! I placed the order on 5/20/2026 at 4:33 pm, and at 4:55 pm I contacted my credit card company to cancel the order. I also contacted Divinesong support with this information, but I have not received a response to my complaint about the hidden fees. I have not opened the email that contains the song! Divinesong left me feeling deceived with the extra add-on that I was not able to decline. I feel scammed !!
