The song created for my husband was beautiful. The artist's voice was lovely. The customer service team was responsive. The first draft had a glitch in the middle and they rerecorded it (the song sounded like it ended two minutes in and then awkwardly restarted).
The disappointing part of my experience was they way it was sold. They don't disclose the options up front. They sold me a song for $99, immediately charged my credit card and then offered several screens of "upgrades". The first upgrade was to add a chorus and bridge. A song without a chorus? Seriously? That was another $44. There were two more spendy upgrades I didn't opt into. It would have been more honest to layout the options up front.
But saddest of all is that you don't get to download the song. It was for my husband, and we have a play list. I assumed I could download it and add it to our playlist. Nope. The song lives in a permanent link on their website, which in my experience is glitchy. Sometimes the link works and the song plays, and other times it does not. For that reason alone, I would not do it again.
But the song was good.

**UPDATE: I reached out to customer service regarding the response to my review. I can get the song on you tube for $4.99/mo or on CD for $99. No download. And I’ve now noticed the company responding to other reviews, claiming there is an mp3. There is not. That is a lie.

I purchased a vinyl record for my daughter from this company. However, I made the mistake of not proofreading the lyrics. I emailed them and was fortunate enough to get a friendly, thoughtful and very helpful assistant, CINDY HOPE! She was able to correct the problem, and my daughter will be extremely happy with the results! I love the music, lyrics and design on the record. I would do business with this company again. Thanks to all who was involved with this project! Nice people to deal with!

They created a song for our 57 wedding anniversary. Started with a list of things and ways she changed and softened me. The artist captured the message in the vocal tone, song pace, and of course the lyrics. They promptly took care of a few minor name pronunciation fixes and finished up with a perfect song for our dinner. I have already started planning my next song for a family appreciation event. A really great experience!

I wanted a song created to celebrate my best friend on her 60th birthday, while also commemorating our 43 year friendship.

Great song. Horrible customer service. I paid extra for expedited service & unlimited edits along with a 3rd stanza. I did receive the song with 24 hours but the edits took weeks. I ultimately had to give the unedited sing version to my wife for her birthday. Ruined the moment for me. Took many emails & weeks before the edits were done to my satisfaction. Received a free wall art & mug but even that took a lot of prompting. Received many apologies but frankly I won’t ever use their services again. Buyer beware.

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I wanted to order a song for my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary. I put in all of the information expecting to get a complete song. Before I hit the purchase button, I was informed that the $99 was for the first verse. If I wanted a chorus, it would be more money, if I wanted a 2nd verse, it would be more and even more for a bridge. I did not hit the purchase button and went off the site. I never received any emails from divine song. Next time I git my credit card bill, I had a $99 charge from divine song. I disputed this charge as I did not ever purchase a song nor did I receive the song. Divine song sent information to my credit card co. Showing they sent me emails with the song. I checked my spam and trash. No emails. After I lost the dispute, divine song reach out to me to let me know my account is locked (which I do not know how to get to anyways) and it will cost me $15 to open it and get the song they claimed to make for me which I do not even want!!

You don't get an mp3. There is literally no way to play the song without going to a webpage or spending SO much more money to get it (and pay monthly to maintain it) on YouTube. Or you have to buy vinyl, a CD, or a cassette. So I can't use it to put on a mix for our anniversary, can't use it on a slideshow... just a horrible scam. Everything says you own the song... but they don't actually give it to you. Very disappointed and entirely too expensive to walk away with nothing. There are several more services that do this better so don't waste your time.

had this song made for my daughter, and when i was feeling a little uneasy about being scammed and reached out to them, they eased my fears right away and delivered the most meaningful and beautiful song for her I would highly recommend them and plan on creating another song for the love of my life thank you divinesong for putting my mind and heart at ease, and creating a beautiful song for my daughter!

From the start to finish of them putting my words together to create a song for my wife that she will be suprise with on our 24th anniversary married in October will be the third best day of my life behind my son birth and the day I got married. They did such a great job the singer voice is great. If anyone have a special person I highly recommend to have them make one . It will be a memories that will last forever. .

Devine Song did a wonderful job from just a few lines of our story to a meaningful, heartfelt song. Their voices were beautiful, I had no problem with asking for a line change and they were prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to give a special gift.

Overpaid for an AI-generated song with AI-generated email responses. I paid for a Spotify add-on that was supposed to take two to three weeks. 12 weeks later, it still wasn't there. They offered me a complimentary upgrade, which I didn't take. Six months later, when I asked for the Spotify link, which was the main reason for purchasing this, they said they couldn't offer it to me. Instead, they just credited me the $9.99 and did not give me any kind of rebate on the songs that I paid for, which was very generic. As most of the one- and two-star reviews pointed out, stay away.
