Low quality sewing and subpar garment
I was very disappointed when I tried on the dress that I ordered only for the strap to completely come off. The second strap was also loose and very poorly sewn. I was not aware that Disturbia has such low quality items.

Really quick delivery and easy returns.
I got in contact with their customer service team, as I couldn't see any progression for the return via evri after 5 days. I dropped a question on to the chatbot, which advised an operator would be in touch. Within 10 minutes I had an email, confirming my refund due to the delay. Seamless service the whole way through.
Clothes are beautiful, unfortunately I had to return due to the style not suiting me on certain cuts, but overall great experience

Clothes great, necklace broke
Love Disturbia clothes, always great quality! Loved the dress and am obsessed with the belt I got. However, the necklace I ordered broke the first time I was wearing it :/ I didn’t expect it to last forever but hoped to get a full use out of it.

Good designs, watch the sizing
I've had some really lovely clothes from here. Easy returns. The designs are made for shorter, smaller busted people so I have had to send several things back because the waist is at bust level and the bust starts at nipple height (I'm 5'10", 34DD). The stretchier designs are more forgiving
