Easy to order … fast delivery & everything as expected …

I was very disappointed when my order for 2 packs of replacement Dishmatic brush heads arrived to find that the "pack" consisted of just ONE brush head! I would have expected a "pack" to consist of at least two or three brush heads! With postage, I was charged £7.28 in total for just two brush heads, which is ridiculous! I would have been better off just going out and buying two new complete brushes, and throwing my remaining brush handle away! So much for trying to do the right thing and not be wasteful! Very poor customer service in my opinion.

I've searched for this product for ages .... It's the best pan scrubber ever. The one I had was almost worn out so I asked AI where to get it from, and it led me straight to the source. Delivered very quickly, I ordered 5 but got 6 a Christmas present I suppose.!!!
Should last me for years... but now I know where to get them.

Originally purchased the brush in a local supermarket, however, the supermarkets don’t seem to stock any spare brush heads, just the sponges. I was having to replace the whole brush and handle each time. Thankfully going direct to Dishmatic I can purchase several quite reasonably……not so much plastic waste can only be good and the service is quick. Passed that information on.

Love the products. I bought the Glide dishwasher brush (plus a few other useful cleaning products) to replace my old one that had lasted 6 years! Good price too.

Prompt delivery of well packaged items which were as described on their website. These are good value if ordering multiple items, to combine postage cost.

These have gone from being the best to the worst on the market!! Obviously the maker has cheaped out on new design materials. Now a load of crap and a waist of money.

Great service. Very quick delivery. Replacement brush heads for the dishmatic washing up brush is great value and less wasteful. I also find that they are the best washing up brush. Incredible low cost, great item and wonderful service.
