This company has been non-responsive to my request for full refund of a Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Generation purchased and was never shipped.
After charging my account(not a pending hold as they claimed) all they did what to create a USPS pick up order so it looks like they are shipping.

Nevertheless, I asked for a refund since item never shipped nor received. My card was charged on 12/14/2023, and it's now 12/27/2023, no one has yet to responded to my request for refund.

The phone# they have just loops you around. This smell like scam. I will be going next to Trustpilot to file a claim as this business is not responding to several emails request for refund.

They are a sham! I ordered AirPods Dec 12/01/23. They took my money. I never received them . I sent 4 emails and never got a response. No one answers the phone. All I ever got is the same prerecorded messages. Crooks!!

This company has no way to contact anyone. I've sent atleast 2 emails with no response. I placed my order on th 15th says shipped on the 19th but post office tracking stills says waiting for item.
I'm starting to think this was a scam. I hope not my daughter was really wanting some airpads and even later is better than never. Idk how to say anything good about my experience with this company

Total scam! I ordered and paid for an item from this website but never received it. I emailed them 4 separate times and never got a response. When I called the number listed every option either directed me to the “contact us” option on the website or it hung up on me. I finally had to resort to disputing the charge with my bank. Do Not Order from this website.

I ordered a PlayStation 5 a couple days ago, just to end up finding out this website is a scam. I tried contacting them via email and phone number but no answer. My order still says it is processing and I have never even recieved an email about it.

It’s been four weeks since I placed my order with no updates. I got no response from customer service after sending an email.

Ordered a pair of air pods, grade A refurbished on 12/8 as a Christmas gift. Contacted by phone and email several times with absolutely no luck. My card was charged right away and yet no information or any updates on where my order is. I trusted reviews from other customers and had thought this purchase would be safe to try. I am extremely disappointed that the company took my money and has not communicated at all. It seems like they are a scam judging by all of the recent reviews.

I was skeptical to begin with but figured it was worth a shot with how much tech stuff we buy. If its legit we have a new place to buy from. If not I fight to get my money back. Let the fight begin. Order still says processing and I never recieved a confirmation email. No one answers phone and Ive tried connecting with online. Also emailed multiple times using all the different forms(member who placed order/returns/new member). No response. Clearly taking a risk ordering from this company. Even if item shows up I still won't order again. Something just doesn't feel right. Order was for new air pod pros

Having similar issues as many here have already stated. Order Apple AirPods Pro over a week ago and there has been zero status update on my order. Says order is still being processed. I can’t get anyone to respond to my inquiry via email and their phone lines are prerecorded messages. At this point I’m just hoping for a refund. Based on this experience, I would tell anyone considering ordering from this site, to think twice before they too get scammed!

So, I got duped like the rest of you. I ordered two Air pod Pros, eventually got a tracking number, but according to the tracking number it was never sent or received. I had to call my credit card company because I'm not getting any response from them. I tried to reach them many times but no answer. If you're reading this, thinking of buying something from them.... DON'T. It's like throwing money out your window. Discount Store Bargans is a big SCAM. Don't fall for it!! Save yourself the heartache and pain!!

My items were purchase on 12/13/23. They were shipped on 12/19/23 with a confirmation that they would arrive prior to 12/24/23. I have yet to receive them and USPS has not even gotten the package yet!

I ordered a pair of GRADE A refurbished AirPod Pro headphoes on Dec. 14. Their website says the item shipped on Dec. 19, but USPS never received the item. I have made several attempts to call them, but there are no humans answering the phone. And they have not responded via email. Several other people seem to have the same experience. I am nervous this company is not responsive and has taken my money.

Have yet to receive my product or get any updates on my shipment. I have sent them an email and have got no reply. Very disappointed would like my money back expected this to be here before Christmas.

I ordered AirPods on December 15. Expecting them to arrive before Christmas and I didn’t receive them .when I look at the tracking from USPS, It says that the packing label was created and I’ve called twice and I haven’t gotten no answer. It seems to have a recorded message and it always tells me to email via email and I’ve emailed two or three times maybe even four and I haven’t gotten a response yet .I’m hopefully I get a response and I can get my money back.I ordered them for my best friend and if I knew that I weren’t gonna be able to receive them I wouldn’t have ordered.so I’m hoping that they reach out to me and either give me a refund or get the package delivered But I’m just hoping that it’s not a scam and it’s due to holiday season.

I ordered my kids a ps5 refurbished PlayStation and waiting on results currently. I didn’t receive a confirmation number through email or no response back despite the messages I’ve sent. I am hoping that this website isn’t fraudulent bc I spent $300 for my kids gift for Christmas. Reading the reviews it seems some got decent service while others are still hanging on. I know we all work hard and make sacrifices to provide and don’t have money to waste. Hopefully we all get the product we purchased or a refund and be more diligent when ordering online next time.

This website is a scam!!! They look legit but are fake as F! I am trying to understand how some of you are giving this place 4 stars if you haven’t gotten your merchandise. It’s misleading. I never got my merchandise ordered 12/1 and label was apparently created 12/7 ask me if it’s updated. NOPE. That’s how you know it is a scam. They are just taking people money and those giving them a good review guarantee you they are probably the ones owning this website or are doing the scamming. STAY CLEAR

They will scam you by saying the package shipping is printed. That’s it. Straight up robbery. Stay away

I'm having similar issues as others. I ordered my stuff in November in order to receive in time for Christmas. Finally received a message on the 11th stating item shipped and would arrive in 5-7 business days. Still nothing now on Christmas eve. Tracking number just says "label created" and no more info. Seems like many others are having the same issue. Very disappointed 😞. I can't even get a response from these people..

This place is a scam I contacted them 3 times regarding my order after several attempts I just call my bank it’s funny because they only made a shipping label but never mailed it!!! Just go to Best Buy and save your self the stress !!! And please do t say it’s a lie I have screenshots to prove it .

I ordered AirPod pros 2nd gen on 12/1. On 12/7 USPS had a label created… Nothing since. Contact us is a prerecorded loop to go to the website. Chat bot is the same, phone number is the same. No response to email or messaging. Seems like an AI scam
