Never received my daughters AirPods that I originally ordered for her as a Christmas gift on 12/01/2023. Didn’t receive much communication if any from the sender. When requesting a refund, I could never do so. Just dead end after dead end and we took an L with this company😡😡😡 It had to be a scam,taking advantage of people and they’re hard earned money during the holiday season…

I saw what looked like a legitimate advert online through Facebook. I ordered goods to the value of £125. which did not arrive. and I'm still wondering what happened 6 months later. No wonder they can sell at discounts because only some people actually receive their products.! It's a big scam and they should be stopped. I received some emails asking for money to reschedule a delivery, but we are told to ignore those, which I did, and besides, the postage was paid for at the point of ordering. I am very angry, because I haven't got this money to throw away. I may as well have given it to a deserving charity if I had known. It doesn't not deserve one millionth of a star.

No actual contact but an email.
You’ll get a fake invoice, maybe even a tracking label for a few weeks that goes nowhere. Then if it moves it goes to your city but not you. DONT BUY HERE.

it’s should be a refurbished item but what I receive is a brand-new cloned (fake) airpod 2, i can confirm it coz i accidentally drop it, break-open and the internals proved to be fake, 2 star coz still working.

The box that it came from was not real apple, the AirPods are not real and the charger the came in the box with the AirPods did not even work

Ordered AirPods on December 21st, 2023 and my order is still being processed. I’ve reached out numerous time with no response. The site is a scam via Crunchbase and is permanently closed. So chances are if you’re awaiting an order or response, you’ll never get it. File a fraud claim with your bank.

If I could give this store a review with 0 stars I would. I purchased a pair of certified refurbished Apple AirPods. When I synced them they sounded fine. However when I tried to talk with them the person I was talking to could not understand what I was saying clearly. I called Apple and told them the model and serial number and they assured me they were real. I told them based on what I was finding on the internet that they were fake. The suggested going to BestBuy to have the Geek Squad look at them. I did and they told me the same thing. I pushed back and they finally opened them up to find no Apple logo on the inside. They apologized to me and told me I was right and they were in fact fake knock offs. I sent an email to Discountstorebargains to ask for a return authorization since I could not reach anyone by phone. I've waited for about 6 weeks now and still have not received anything from DSB. DO NOT TRUST this store they are not honest about what they have. This is a complete sham. They do not sell legitimate items. What I received from them was very similar to what I received from China through Alibaba. Accept it was about $90 more expensive. The pair I got from China was about $10.

I placed an order two months ago and have not received the item or any updates. I reached out to customer service to see what was happening and I received no response!

I ordered my airpods 2nd gen December 17,2023. It has been over 6 weeks and tracking still says labor being created. I tried to call them and every option sends you back to the website. I feel that I’ve been scammed. Do not buy from this company!!

FAKE Airpods
Ordered Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) (Choose Type:: Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) - Certified Refurbished Grade A). The AirPods I received do not have Spatialize Stereo or a U1 chip, and the serial numbers on both earpieces are identical to the charging case. FAKE! No reply for messages on their website and email, not accepting phone calls.

I also ordered a pair of Airpod Pros that looked brand new, but did not function correctly at all - right side had no battery life, automatic in ear play ALWAYS on, and other issues. I have owned several pair of Airpods so am familiar with how they should work. Knowing these were not working correctly I took them to my local Apple store only to find out they are counterfeit. "It's all fake, the packaging the case, the Airpods," to quote the Genius that helped me. Now, I can accept that maybe DSB didn't know they were fake, but I have tried over and over to initiate a Return (even exchange for what I ordered, REAL AIRPODS) and can't get even an acknowledgement let alone helpful response. That is unacceptable and makes me believe it's all a scam. Their "1 year warranty" on refurbished items is a joke if you can't even initiate a return. I'm beyond frustrated and wish I'd never heard of this place!
