Excellent customer support

It's one of many website that sell the same products. So the difference has to be made on customer care. My package arrived damaged, with a solution bottle leaking. I immediately took photos and sent them, then I called the number on the website. They solved the problem right away (refund, as I was leaving town and couldn't wait for a replacement). It was refreshing to get such a quick reaction and I will be ordering from this website again.
