Dress came in an acceptable time
Dress came in an acceptable time. My only issue was that i ordered a lavender dress, and the dress i got was purple. Apparently the company of the dress believes purple is lavender. So i had to send my dress back to get the color lilac instead. Just make sure the color is exactly what you are looking for. Coming out of more money than expected by having to ship it back on my own.

My dress was extremely small
My dress was extremely small. I followed measurements exactly. It barely zipped and was so short that it didn’t cover my bottom. Company was responsive to me but it will be almost as expensive to return the dress and pay a restocking fee than the dress is worth. I feel ripped off.

Robin, I'm sorry the dress you received was smaller than expected. Each dress has a specific sizing chart, and customers are encouraged to select a size based on their waist measurement in inches. I am not exactly sure what factors you selected your size on, but we do allow exchanges if you wanted to get a larger size.

This is a company you can trust (unlike some others!!) my experience is excellent customer service. The product is just as shown! They fit smaller than most. I’m generally a size 2-5 and I ordered size 10 or XL and they fit beautifully! (Yeh, crazy) I’m very happy and satisfied with purchase of 3 gowns and 2 shawls.
Oh, the only downfall (not Discount Dress problem) my orders ship to Canada so I have to pay a duty-fee ... it sucks but still worth it.

Dissatisfied
I did not enjoy my experience with this company. I was sent the wrong dress. The sizing was wrong. I had to pay postage to return the dress. Then I had to pay postage for them to send the right dress. I went according to their sizing chart. It was not a good experience at all and will not reorder from this company again.

I'm sorry you did not receive the package within the approximate time frame. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, we do not have any control over the delivery and timing of the package. Since the USPS was used, they appeared to have experienced a short delay (which could have been a result of a natural disaster), which caused a delay to your delivery. Sometimes there are circumstances that are out of our control that causes packages to be delayed and unfortunately yours was one of them. :(

Amazing experience
This was one of the best purchases I have ever made. The dress fit perfectly and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. I was a little nervous to see what it looked like when I pulled it out of the box, but I was nothing but impressed. The dress was also shipped in the exact time I expected it to, and I have never been more happy. I will definitely consider ordering from here again.
