This affiliate marketing voucher system is awesome, I use it constantly. I use the link throughs when booking holiday accommodation and I’ve received several vouchers so far. Whenever there has been any delay or minor issue in the processing of the vouchers the customer service team have been incredibly helpful.

Got there in the end! Took a while for the voucher to come through, but the service was quite good and always nice to get something free! Thanks!!

Used them twice and both times it was successful...
It does take a hell of a long time and a bit of chasing every now and then, but the way I see it is that you're getting something for free for a purchase you'd have made anyway.
!! BE SURE YOU'RE EXTRA CAREFUL & FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE WEBSITE !!

Useless service, do not bother!!
I had been trying to get the promised voucher since December 2023 - been asked to send proof of purchases, after several weeks of waiting there has been no update or response. Sent a follow up email, again no response. Eventually when someone responds, they ask for proof of purchases again and then same thing, waiting for weeks to hear back! It's going round in circles and not getting prompt responses is the most frustrating thing - I had submitted 2 complaints and await urgent response.
Two requests had been created (13734 and 15012)
PLEASE NOTE: why is this company responding to TrustPilot reviews in less than 24h later but cannot respond to emails??? I provided my case references and the email address linked to my TrustPilot account is different. Please use the email (which i cannot provide in this review but it starts with "bluebezza7795..." and use the case references to look into my issue!!! it is that simple!! stop avoiding helping people and DO YOUR JOB!

Avoid at all cost, especially when relying on the "voucher" when making a buying choice. I chose virgin broadband and followed every step on instructions to the letter and made sure to read the FAQ. since purchase 4 months ago voucher did not come soI contacted customer service who asked for proof of purchase.
After sending proof of purchase- nothing. No response to any follow up emails.
Not factoring the "voucher" I could have got a better deal elsewhere so now I'm stuck with virgin for 24 months.
Disgrace for Mail and for virgin, both of whom have been contacted for support and to raise awareness of this scam.
Best advice I can give if its too late for you, contact trading standards, they will advise on how to proceed and gather evidence for legal action.

Was sent a link for John Lewis voucher, after purchasing an ipad via the Mail online discount code. It does not work and says “try again” or “ There was an issue with your link
The request was placed too soon after a processing error. Please wait at least 1 minute before attempting to retrieve the e-code after a processing error.”

I followed all the directions to the letter, and this had worked successfully to claim an Amazon voucher from Three Mobile a few weeks earlier, so I know it's not down to my setup.
The test of a possible scam is what support you get when the process fails. Or if the support changes because a scheme is costing too much.
This one looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, and walks like one.
I sent a proof of purchase of a £625 graphics card from Ebuyer UK, just as others successfully did to Pierre, and was fobbed off.
I appealed and have heard...zilch.
TL;DR: "have a nice life, looser".

UPDATE 17/04/24
All credit to them, I finally got an emailed response which looks constructive:

Dear customer,
Thank you for your email!
Could you please tell us which retailer you would like to receive a gift card from?
Let us know if you would like us to send you some examples.

Update 17th April 2024 ….
A couple of days after posting this review, those folks at the DailyMailInline got in touch with me and, hey Presto, my discount code link worked! I always say that a good recovery is worthy of praise as mistakes can happen. Accordingly, I’m upgrading this review from 1 Star to 4 Stars.
Mince, complete pile of!
Voucher email arrived, but clicking on the link always results in a “processing error”. What a waste of time and effort.

Got the voucher email but the link doesn’t work at all , tried multiple times .

Despite replying to their emails promptly asking for "further" information I am still waiting for my BandQ gift card
They have also tried to get my previous review removed even though its all true
So good luck to you all and see all the previous negative reviews, far more than positive(fake?)
Perhaps the Mail are reading this and would like to step in
UPDATE 11/04/24 Just got a reply, the usual sorry, need to look into the problem, unable to issue replacement.....etc so basically more delaying tactics hoping I will go away and forget about it. This is what you do to get out of the problem!!

Hi I am still waiting for my voucher, I received help from Pierre who said he would issue my reward but then I heard nothing for weeks. Please can you follow this up. Thanks.

absolute nightmare to actually deal with in terms of communication - as in get very little. However, fair play to them, the voucher did arrive. To anyone saying they haven't seen the voucher, check for emails from mailonline. once I searched that the voucher came up for me and I was able to redeem it fine.

As far as we can tell at the moment, this is an utter scam. We made a qualifying purchase from a holiday cottages company and submitted all the necessary info for a £60 voucher and got the 'in progress' emails. Their emails say it can take up to three months to provide a voucher, so at the three month point we chased them up. We got a reply from Pierre asking for the qualifying receipt and the confirmation email, which we sent. Since then, nada. We've chased again and now they're not responding to us at all. We don't have any faith that the voucher will ever be forthcoming. Just don't bother. MailOnline Discount Codes - we'd be delighted to hear from you and have you prove us wrong.
EDIT: April 16th - So as you can see they're now trying to deflect their incompetence back on me, so they are now adding insults to their litany of faliures. @mailonline discount codes…. Don’t pull that one, I suggest you check your inbox. You have a string of emails from me.
EDIT April 23rd - Received an email from Pierre today. The good news is that he confirms that the voucher is being tracked and is still pending. He also states that because we applied for a voucher based on a travel purchase the voucher can take up to four months to arrive, and that's *after* the return date of the travel. We booked in December 23, travel is in June 24. So the voucher is expected 10 months after booking. I'll let readers of this review decide it that's reasonable.

Can someone kindly contact me regarding my missing reward!
I made a transaction via the reward link for Booking.com in July for an August stay. I have sent a few emails to both email addresses with booking evidence and have received no response in months! I need to get this voucher issue resolved urgently, as I can't wait forever!
Look forward to a speedy reply and speeding resolution! Thanks!
UPDATE: I sent an email again on 14th March 2024. Have you received the email?
UPDATE: (5 stars) After communication started, it was all sorted out efficiently by Pierre and Ricardo. There was a tracking system fault on their end, hence the delay. I know have the voucher! Thanks. I will definitely be using them again now!
