Thank goodness for this unique service.
We were so pleased to be able to locate a Whisper Peach toilet cistern to replace a 25 year old one that suddenly cracked a few weeks ago. Although this was not an exact replacement regards shape, the colour was very close to the original. We are delighted that we have not had to replace the rest of the suite and tiling etc. which we would have had to do had your company not been able to provide this excellent service. New Cistern
After making contact and sending pictures explaining the colour of the new cistern i wanted was cream, it was suggested it was ivory. Two days later it arrived and matched perfectly. It did take me nearly half an hour to unwrap as i have never seen anything packaged like it ! Expensive yes but cheaper then changing the whole bathroom to match !
