During phone call, I bought Zen II rolling stool chair. It adjusts height from 23" to 28" and that's exactly the high height I needed, and could not find when looking for adjustable rolling chairs. Chair came UPS across the country in very reasonable time, was packaged professionally and I assembled it in 10 minutes-instructions were clear (all pictures but easy to follow). It is really comfortable, back rest is adjustable in height and very creatively shaped. I'm hoping it lasts a long time!

This company is the worse I have dealt with they sent broken equipment that I paid for then when I asked to return a broken mirror they took and never returned my money for it! When you try call them they don’t answer or ignore your calls they also ask for goods feed back when your purchase so they can give you a stool. All a scam equipment broken bad customer service would definitely not recommend!! Don’t use this company

I purchased a Beauty bed for £1500 in 2022 the service was very bad to the point that I felt like I had be scammed.
No calls returned and didn't turn up when it should have.
I never left a review.
Three years later and my bed collapses as the accelerator went while my customer was on it. I contacted DIR in Birmingham and was told they didn't have anybody who would come out and look at it. It's discontinued and tough luck.
such a shame as nice products but not worth buying if they can't service or repair.
I always buy from Salon Direct as they have amazing customer service.
I wouldn't trust this company.

Only decided to rectify after a review was left.
Tried to coerce me into changing my review several times in exchange for a stool.
A lot of their Google reviews come from blank profiles who have only reviewed one thing, their company, which is a tell for fake reviews.
DO NOT TRUST.

Dir salon furniture is really good quality and great customer services I bought 4 years ago barber furniture and they brilliant never had a any problem I would highly recommend

I didn’t even want to give one star. Terrible experience. Rude staff someone even put the phone down on me. The gas strut on my bed has now stopped working for the second time after replacing to my expense 9 months ago. Bed only 3 yrs old.
Poor quality, poor, disgusting, rude service.
Spend money else where, or be prepared to be disappointed.

Cant not fault this company from the time i sent the first email to the delivery they were excellent . So no they ain't scammers id definatly recommend and the salon package was 5☆ quality. I have photos to prove of anyone wants to c how good the furniture is .they also did cash on delivery

SCAMMERS! Do not trust these people all the previous reviews are correct! They take your money and give all the excuse under the sun.. waiting and waiting for them to deliver and nothing! Scum company do not trust the good reviews

They are running a scam. They have someone at the store that had no clue and a front person that fires the scam they are running. They call the advance scammer, Omar, on the phone and insist that he leave a deposit of cash to get the order in a few days. They give a discount and then you never hear from them. Numerous emails and calls get ignored. Same with the Birmingham store, they are aware of the scam but they will do the same thing. I paid £550 cash and made sure they send a receipt as they made it as the printer is not working. I have reported them to the police and am just starting the process in small claims court, but they are hiding behind the scenes as that's why no one officially is at the store and they have a small day-hired guy at the store.

Six months of purchasing a barber chair, it has now started rocking which has made it unsafe for clients to sit on. After calling DIR Birmingham they asked me to send a video of the chair & came back with the chair looks old & dented and did I want to buy a new one this of course is total rubbish it looks brand new!!
After calling them several times they put me on hold until I put the phone now. When I managed to get to speak to someone they said to call back in an hour. All the guy was interested in was me buying another chair & so rude.
I can seriously say I've never experienced customer service quite like it so wish I had read the reviews.

Rang with a problem regarding my backwash waste pipe they were very helpful and going to be resolved the next day

The guys were so helpful from start to finish they communicated well and even agreed to put a bed aside for me as they were low in stock. When I arrived at their store they were so helpful and looked after me service was 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I found a salon stool we required on the website, which looks very professional. Tried to check it out, was directed to a bank transfer or pay over the phone, rang them and was informed it was safer to make a bank transfer. Studpidly I did this, then no stool! 3 days went past with no contact and when I rang the man answered and told me to ring back in 10 minutes, I did so and after that nobody ever picked up the phone. Avoid at all costs, these guys are scammers, I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews, I have notified the bank which has kindly refunded me amazingly, but life is short and very sick of scammers

Visited the store back in march and they were all super helpful
I purchased the black double wash basin and it has been nothing short of perfect for the salon.
Really good quality and super comfortable for my clients. Everyone has commented on how comfy it is. I needed another component for the wash basin and I got a response instantly with it being sent out straight away

SCAM!! Company told me after ordering in January the chair was not in stock and adv refund in march. At the end of may I had to easier dispute with the bank to get my money back as DIR began ignoring all call and messages from me have informed all hair dressing friends

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE, Ordered a salon backwash, was told that delivery in a week. Item never came and couldn’t get hold of anyone from the London branch, managed to get hold of Birmingham branch to be told it’s not in stock, asked for a refund which we have never received, do not answer emails or phone calls now, Avoid at all costs, you will be scammed, any positive reviews are fake.

I have bought salon chairs from DIR before with no problems but I bought 2 salon chairs in February they were both faulty on delivery. DIR exchanged them in a few days of complaining. Excellent customer service .

Great Customer Service. Danny was a star. I had a problem with the product items I hadn't received to which he promised to get sent out within the week. I've now got the bed and can say it is phenomenal. Thank you to Danny and the team at DIR!
