Registered for 2 weeks, sent over 30 requests for rooms, apartments, studios... I only got ONE answer, from a landlord "kind" enough to point out that they don't allow rent sharers.
I haven't even been picky: my budget was like 800€/month/person and 1000 for a studio, but NOTHING. 20€ completely wasted, they couldn't care less about tenants as long as they get rich on a useless website.

I see the same apartaments all over again. FOR SURE IS SCAM!!

3 friends used in the past three months also I used it as well.
Must say it helps nothing and the subscription is disgustingly annoying.
Try out "huurwoningen", this is the real deal. You can actually find a place there.

I was scammed for 200 euros. They automatically renewed the premium and without my consent withdrew money from my account for months. AVOID THIS. They are dangerous scammers. Of course I did not find the house thanks to them. The houses are fake most likely and I fully discourage anyone to make an account with them.

This https://directwonen. nl/ is a complete fraud and waste of money, Dont ever by any subscription from these cheaters. The apartments on their website are from www.domica. nl and this website demands further charge of 40 to 50 euro to book a viewing. They even dont have any support or contact number on their website.

This website provides utterly useless service. It suggests old and almost expired listings even for "smart accounts". I didn't receive any actual responses despite my continuous effort during this time. All I've got is some stupid auto-generated useless responses and above all, they charge you for such a disappointing service, and even the unsubscription process is not that straightforward. Completely dissatisfied.

Posted my house. Within a day, I received over 14 (!) marketing emails telling me more about other houses that were for rent. Again, I tried renting out my OWN house. Unbelievable bad service.

Once you register at Direct Wonen, you will get a lot of spam every few hours. You can't change any settings, as long as you don't upgrade your account to 'Smart Account'. Don't do this. You will lose money and you will not get anything in return. Don't provide more info, e.g. statment of employment, payslips or ID scan. Direct Wonen asks for this kind of data! When you decide to delete your account you will still get spam into your mailbox. Mainly from Lisa.
BTW. Charging tenants in The Netherlands is illegal. It's a shame that this website still exists.

If i expected to find a house through this i would still be living on the street. First of all yes i did have a smart account, big waste of my money. Noone ever answered my messages at all. Ever. Period. I just kept getting new "smart offers" of places that never replied to me. This site is a SCAM. Don't get a smart account. Worse experience of my life! Thieves!

Poor service, poor listing. A waste of time & money. Just a scam from A to Z. Will take your money in exchange of literally ✨nothing✨. Customer service is ridiculous, overall the service is just 0/10.

Useless & if you try to contact them, you never get an answer. It’s a scam.

This site is beyond horrible. Not only did I get no answer, but for the most part, my messages could not even be sent. Don't bother with it.

Just a horrible website. Apparently also impossible to unsubscribe from their emails after you make an account (which is useless because you are still asked to pay a very expensive subscription to be able to do anything with it).

I tried the subscription 14€ later, i contacted about 14 Housing offers.....the only 4 answers i got back:

I feel stolen.

I have tried to register and get a subscription for a couple of months. After doing the process the website was unable me to confirm my registration thus, I cannot make use of the paid subscription. I tried to contact them but I received absolutely no answer.

How can I cancel a payment that is scheduled in a few days with direct Wonen? I don’t know how to cancel it! This is a mistake since I’m not using their services . Can anybody Help me
