This company is a scam!!! I placed an order for 5 tickets for the Euro 2020 Final weeks ago and paid £8300. I arrived in London with my wife and 3 boys this morning for the England v Italy game tomorrow and have just received an email stating they can’t fulfil the order….literally 21 hours before the game starts!! I received repeated reassurances during the week building up to the game via live chat that I would receive the tickets via email by 10pm today 10th July. We have traveled to London costing £320 and paid for 2 nights in a hotel costing over £1000 which is an absolute waste of money. We are now stuck in London with 3 extremely devastated sons!!! This company is a disgrace!!! Avoid at all costs and do not be fooled by their reassurances.

I have still not received my tickets for the final yet and we are travelling down to London first thing what the hell is going on, I have sent several emails and the web chat is not working and I have not had any response

Ordered tickets on 30th June for the final and still yet to receive tickets .
I have emailed, attempted to call - for the past 24 hours with no response . Quite concerned now that we will not receive tickets and would appreciate a update ASAP.
I will update status as soon as I have any communication.

Initially I was not satisfied because the tickets arrived late and were not the tickets I had ordered and paid for. However they rapidly remedied to the problem and upgraded my tickets to compensate from the trouble, and that has been really appreciated.

Booking last minute tickets for the Euros semi finals was stressful, but Direct Football Tickets were amazing! Their customer service was quick and efficient and really really helpful. Don’t be put off by some bad reviews - they were the best agent I’ve dealt with in a very long time!

They had a few problems with the wrong email address on the tickets which soon got sorted out. First time I've used them and would trust them for future tickets. Good communications

Read a few negative reviews so we were naturally wary having paid for 4 category 1 tickets for the england last 16 euro match v Germany. The staff we spoke to were great and answered every email and chat message I sent with the same confidence that the tickets would 100% arrive 24 hours prior to the kick off. 7pm the night before the kick off and the 4 tickets arrived. Can’t thank them enough. 👍🏻

Expensive but everything turned out well.

Do not touch this shower of sh#te with a barge pole. Be Warned.I thought i bought tickets for the england v scotland game. They replied to every single email, every time i queried them, even when i challenged them about their authenticity. They told me to download the euro app, get covid tests done, prior to the game etc. Every day i emailed them, first they said the tickets would come by post, recorded delivery reassuring me all the time, then they would come by email and register the code on the app 7 to 3 days before the game then 2 days, 1 day and even up to 2 hours before the game. I lost out on hotel, flights, time off work and the extortionate price of match tickets. Please be warned SCAMMERS.

I had tickets for a game that was canceled due to covid. I asked for the refund and they never proceeded with it. It has been half a year now. I have written many emails to them and they just stopped answering.

We have ordered tickets. The game was canceled due to protesting in Spain. We asked for refund. We were denied. Then we asked for our tickets so we can re-sell them or give them as a gift to friend or family. Because they knew we are traveling from US and we won’t be able to watch the game anymore, the re-sold our tickets. When I contact them on the day of the game to ask for our tickets, they never responded to our email, phone calls or texts.

If I could I would rate it 0 stars. I purchased 2 tickets for Real Madrid vs Eibar match, which is cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. I asked for a full refund and they told me that is not possible because their vendors are not refunding them, which is totally unprofessional. I will make a complaint to Consumer Protection, because their Terms&Conditions say that for every cancelled event they will fully refund.
