I bought tickets for my son as a present before Covid. The Direct Football Ticket sent me an email explaining if we wanted another ticket or could get it or could have our money back. I have tried to contact this company to get the tickets with many emails BUT NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!!! I just needed a simple email!!!

I have purchased two tickets for the AS Roma vs Juventus match which was held on 2022-01-09. Due to covid restrictions we couldn’t use our tickets and they have informed us that they couldn’t refund but we can swap them to tickets for other matches in the next two years. We have tried to contact them again to swap the tickets but they have never answered.

Very bad experience with them, I bought 2 tickets last year for réal Madrid match as a birthday gift for my husband and as I don’t live in Spain I had to book a flight and hotel … but the match was canceled few days before. They don’t want to refund my money and a year later never got any solution. They asked me to buy another ticket and then get refund but I really don’t believe them. I know I lost my money.

I ordered 2 tickets last month for Madrid vs Barcelona and everything went well so yesterday I bought again for the final in Paris and today I have already received my tickets for Madrid sector as selected. Prices are crazy but I find your company reliable so definitely will recommend it to my friends.

Bought tickets for the Real Madrid vs Liverpool UCLF game at Saint Denis. Tickets were received electronically through UEFA App I was able to fill up my personal details and now I´m soo excited!

Queried with them regarding tickets tor Liverpool Man City FA Cup semi finals in Wembley. They advised in the chat that once tickets are purchased I could let them know which fans I wanted to sit with. Bought the tickets, emailed them to let them know I wanted to be sitting with Liverpool fans to be told that tickets are given at random and seats in the Liverpool section can't be guaranteed. Collected tickets at the hotel and they are for the Man City section. Ruined a very expensive once in a lifetime trip. Would never recommend.

Avoid like the plague I bought 2 tickets for todays Liverpool match against brentford for my son and partner for Christmas when they went to scan the tickets they wouldn't work so was sent over to get the tickets checked turns out they where in someone else's name and had been cancelled this was my son's first game and his day was ruined

One of the two tickets they sent us was for the wrong game. We spent hours trying to get in touch with them with no joy- they do not answer the phone. The game was an early game and we live hours drive away, so we had planned to travel up the night before. By the time they got in touch with us (21:30 the night before the game) we had cancelled our hotel and not travelled. When we explained we could now not get there, they refused to switch to another game and put the phone down on us. We have paid a large amount of money for these tickets which were a birthday present. We are now out of pocket. Only spend money with this company if you are prepared to lose it!

Recieved tickets at 8am for 2pm kick off. Any queries responded to in timely manner. Upgraded to executive tickets from best available pairs!. Cheapest tickets I could find anywhere for the match.

I bought tickets for Manchester City VS Liverpool over two years ago (2020) from DirectFootballTickets (DFT).

The game was canceled due to Covid. DFT offered to either keep the tickets for me until the game is played again or to refund me only 60% back. I wasn't happy about the 60% and exchanged emails with their customer service where I expressed that I want the full refund. They stopped answering at some point and went ignoring a dozen of the messages I sent them. At that point, I considered that money lost.

Flash forward, September 2021, I contacted them about another Real Madrid game, and asked if I can transfer the credit I had from the other game to this one, and they said yes.

Two days before the match, I received the electronic tickets. All went well.

I have mixed feelings about whether to recommend them or not.

We bought tickets for the Euro finals at the Quarter Final stage when they were retailing for much less than if England were to make the final but were still a substantial sum of money (far too much to watch two random teams but predicated on a gamble that England would make it). At 23:00 on the evening before the final, having been uncontactable for days, we received a message from this company that these were cancelled. No doubt these tickets were resold at the inflated price as England had made the final. We had all made plans to travel to London which could not be cancelled at 23:00 the night before. I imagine if the final had been two other teams, we'd have been paying a premium price to watch it but people got greedy and resold on the day. An absolute disgrace. Put simply: do not use.

We bought three tickets for the Euro 2020 final prior to England playing Ukraine in the quarter finals. Total radio silence on the arrival of the tickets until almost 11pm on the night before the match when ‘due to supplier issues’ we were informed that we wouldn’t get the tickets anymore and would instead get a refund. Leaving aside reneging on the tickets so late in the day, what about travel costs, hotels and other costs involved in a trip?no chance of getting in to a pub or anything so late in the day either….

Avoid if you actually want to attend the match you booked, must be a million other companies doing the same thing with better customer service.

An absolute disgrace.

Bought tickets before quarter finals after they guaranteed delivery of the tickets… obviously when England make the final - the tickets never appear. Furthermore, they never answered any emails, calls, despite trying dozens of times. We find out less than 24 hours before game that they won’t be supplying the tickets…

Unfortunately they were now retailing for 3x the price. Maybe those tickets would have appeared if it was Ukraine vs Switzerland…

Do not use. Complete deception

I bought a ticket for the Euro 2020 final ten days earlier and they only informed me a few hours before kick-off that they could not source my ticket. Presumably, they or their suppliers sold my ticket for a much higher price given that England reached the final. The service from this company was truly appalling. They did not reply to emails nor was anyone picking up the the three different phone lines nor was there any online support. They simply hid and refused to explain where my ticket was or help. It was an absolutely dreadful experience. If there is a game you really care about and want to be sure that your ticket will arrive then I would never advise you to use this site because if secondary ticket prices rise they or their suppliers will sell your tickets on for a greater profit and leave you in the lurch. Extremely unreliable company!

Purchased tickets for the Euro 2020 final, kept in contact up until the night before before then going completely silent, ignoring all calls and emails. Eventually got back to me an hour before kick off saying not available.
Absolute scum bags with zero intention of ever selling any tickets. AVOID AVOID !!!

Greedy scumbags. Took payment for 4 x final tickets before the quater finals. They were quick to respond respond any messages throughout telling us instructions and that our tickets will be with us the day before. The day came and they were suddenly became impossible to contact. Early hours of this morning we recieved a email saying they couldn't fulfill the ticket order. Looking at other reviews we aren't the only ones tickets were sold to the highest bidders instead. Train tickets and other arrangements totally wasted. Scum of the earth.

Absolute SCAM! Bought tickets to the final 4 weeks ago. Paid £1200. 12 hours before KO and they’ve emailed to say they’ve not been able to get my tickets. In actual fact, given England got to the final, they’ve sold them for 4 x as much! No reply to my emails, customer service shocking! Avoid this site at ALL cost! Disgraceful. They advertise, 100% deliver tickets! Absolute joke! Ended up getting tickets from FootballLive.com, paid over the odds but so much more professional.

Don’t use, bunch of scumbags, bought tickets for euro 2020 final and have travelled to london by train and booked a hotel for 2 nights expecting to receive my tickets and have not received them. They have now sent an email apologising saying they were unable to get my tickets.
