Quick,helpful and very patient…

Had a very swift response the same day and Justin was very helpful in the initial conversation.
This was swiftly followed up by Ian who helped me both by email and text through the initial stages to set up my claim.I have to compliment Ian on his help and patience while sorting out my documentation as I messed up on several occasions whilst trying to verify this but nothing was too much trouble for him.

So far, So Good!
