I just had a slow internet speed for a week and just one call from Digiweb and was able to talk to Ibrahim. He was very professional and helpful to my concern. After a minute to update the firmware, He was able to sort it out and back to the speed that I availed. Thank you Ibrahim and Digiweb for your very good service.

I am completely regretful for having switched my internet service to Digiweb. First of all, the internet quality is poor — the connection drops all the time. I signed up for 2GB thinking it would be better than Vodafone’s 1GB. On the contrary, the internet is completely unstable and much slower and more problematic than my previous 1GB service from Vodafone.
The second issue, which is the biggest problem, is that when I signed up with Digiweb, I was told that I didn’t need to do anything with Vodafone, and that the whole transition process from Vodafone to Digiweb would be automatic. However, for the second consecutive month, I am still receiving bills from Vodafone. When I try to cancel with Vodafone, they say my service is still active and that Digiweb needs to contact them, which apparently has not happened.
I want to receive my money back from Vodafone, and I would also like the Digiweb service to improve and deliver the speed that I contracted.
Very satisfied, the installation was fast and of high quality, everything was perfectly explained and professionally done its job

We had a fairly tough time making the switch from Sky, but DigiWeb made all the difference—it genuinely felt like we had someone in our corner the whole way through. There was a real sense that they cared about getting things right for us, and they went above and beyond to help at every step. Having a dedicated point of contact was a huge help, and Artur in particular was an absolute star.
Our internet was installed yesterday, the 18th of March 2026, and the improvement was obvious straight away—the speed is miles ahead of what we had before with Sky.
We’re also delighted with the Zyxel router supplied by DigiWeb. It was refreshingly easy to set up. The wall-mounted option suited us far better than a desktop setup, and it was great to have everything included in the box, making that choice simple. The design is very thoughtful—the screws are marked clearly to show how far they should be set, and the bracket clips neatly onto the router and slides straight onto the screws. It’s all very straightforward and well put together.
And to top it all off, the pricing is very competitive, which is always welcome.
