My National Garden Centre vouchers were a gift from my employer but wouldn't scan. I have been in discussions by email many times with Digiistore since December . The garden centre could not scan or enter the codes manually. The Digiistore agent on my case left the company, she had been dismissive and seemed to think it must be everyones fault but Digiistore. I complained again in March and, after escalation, they emailed me codes again and raw data. I tried a different garden centre and, again, the codes didn't scan, but they accepted the vouchers after entering the codes manually. It was a long slog to get to this point and took a lot of my time emailing and in total three trips to garden centres. Not a good experience and I am left feeling I am not a customer of any value. In fairness to the company, I updated the review to say eventually the vouchers were fulfilled.
One year expiry. Every gift card I have ever purchased has been two years minimum. What a waste of money.
Very efficient and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Emails were responded to within an hour if not sooner and vouchers were delivered within days. I had to make a few amendments to my order and the staff we're so helpful and patient
So I've emailed the address they have added in the reply, I don't expect any help but I will update this feedback as to what they do for me. But don't hold your breath.
A Christian miracle. I got in touch and to my utter surprise they really did help. They cancelled the voucher for the mistake email and sent the voucher to the real email address. Actually very good at helping. Very pleased and never give up trying to sort issues out as they can help

Everything takes an eternity to load and when you do actually get to the checkout i cannot redeem the code anyway (in this instance for a just eat £20 voucher)
Bit of a pointless site even for corporate (which is where I got news of this joke of a site!)
If you are a business just go straight to the retailer for a bulk of vouchers for staff & avoid this car crash of a site!!
